Once you signed the lease agreement, you will be disappointed with the service from the body corporate... it’s almost a week I am still struggling to get the signal from the communal dish... There no contacts of any person to speak to if you have a problem but have to speak to them by logging a ticket which they respond after coupler days!!! Pathetic!I just moved in but now looking forward for the lease to come to an end...I wouldn’t advise anyone to come stay here...

This is a great complex but the water charge is ridiculous. I get charged roughly R64 per kiloliter which is absolutely insane. I have never paid so much for water at any other complex that I have stayed at

The costs are way too high to live here. We pay for refuse removal, plus our utilities are super high and I know we don’t use that much. It’s daylight robbery and everyone that moves in will move out quickly due to this. Other complexes charge for water based on usage but here they rob you and charge you a flat out charge of R60 every 4 days in the month. Previously my water used to come to R200, now I’m paying about R500 per month. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Bathrooms leak and the fittings are not perfect. Wouldn’t advise anyone to move in here unless they’re desperate. Looking forward to moving out ASAP .

The compleax is lovely but after signing the agreement the service was just bad . Water bill rate is ridiculous we are just being robbed .. never charged water to that rate .

Nice place space available

My geyser has not been working for 6 days, ticket logged but has been ignored - I have been taking cold showers. Estate manager has ignored all calls and texts, they just dont care about residents. All tickets logged for other maintenance have been ignored, its been 3 weeks now and counting. Cant wait to leave this place!

Day light crooks ,they speak sweet when they want someone to move in and take all your money when you move out .l have lost all my deposit l mean all R20 000 because l moved out now they talking penalties . Day light crooks l repeat crooks to the core am very much displeased l really dont advise anyone to listen to themAm very sad WORST LANDLORD EVER
