The complex is fairly old but not that old.Security is good and strict.Body corporate is active on complex matters.But the units could use with a refurbish on the inside to keep up with new development complexes around

My new home

I have a rental units in this complex. It is a very neat, safe, secure complex with 24 hour security. It has easy access to all N1, M1, the major malls and the gastrointestinal bus stops 200m from the complex entrance.

Staying in this complex for almost to years very safe and clean rent is responsible as well

The people at the gate, they treat every with respect, never had complaints when visiting my daughter and my grand kids

The place is too big for a residential complex. Its still makes a great a place to call home.

I was scammed of R5000.00 at this complex. I thought all was genuine since I had viewed the place Unit 219 only to realise on the day that I was meant to move in on that it was a hoax.Please do your background checks with the body corporate to ensure the person claiming to be the owner is a real owner before paying a deposit.Dont be naive like I was. Do your research before you tranfer anyone money.
