Mcdonalds was overwhelmed with the amount of orders. Orders were taken and then we had to park and wait for someone to come give our food. The food was hot and fresh though. Management needs to improve efficiency

I ordered a dubble cheese burger and got this very dissapointed

I dont think I will go back to MCD since their food is double the price and half the size of burger king plus they are so stingy about tomato sauce I miss the days when there was unlimited access to the tomato sauce

Fast service great McDonalds the drive thru is very fast

Fries are dry and taste like they were made the day before. The fries also taste like they were made with old cooking oil, the fries end up having black residue from the oil. Terrible customer service.

After waiting 25min just to say to us they dont have ice cream....And the special bord is on but when we want to order, that the special is no longer available...

My visit to the restaurant is always pleasant, service is fast and the staff is friendly.

Slowest service ever at a McDonald’s. There was a few customers that was really not happy. Drive through was not working as well. No eggs for the breakfast meals. Very disappointing.

Mcdonalds in Middelburg Mall is the worst, I always get disappointed. The service is not worth wasting your hard earned cash on. Rather visit burger King right next to them. Pathetic service consistently

It was very bad... You have to ask them to come and clean the tables before u sit, there was no tomatoes sause, no apple juice, orange juice was to much diluted.

I experienced a bad service for the second time this year.

Did not have a great experience. People did not social distance and were not wearing masks. It was extremely full and it seems like they had no care of customer service and upholding covid 19 rules and regulations.

Pathetic service. The timer in the drive through is more important to the employee. I was told to wait in the parking after having ordered nuggets and ended up having to wait over 30 minutes. I requested a refund and will not be going back.

The lady at the till was not friendly but at least I got the right food in time and it was tasty but the table that I sat at, which was outside, was not cleaned and alongside there was a bin that looked horrible with dirt. Please take care of your outside area.

Ordered a triple cheese burger...only got 2 patties and not 3....the burger was just slapped together....disgrace.

Bought a happy meal for my daughter, neither she or I was very happy when getting home to eat, there was no patty on the burger, just cheese, gherkin, onions and tomato sauce. Very unprofessional McDonalds

Friendly staff

Terrible!!!! Chicken Nuggets hard and can smell it is made in old oil. We had to sit in parking for the food to be made. Cajun Spice Burger had no spice on it. Cheese burger patty was like rubber and rock hard.

We enjoyed the service we got it was my son birthday party nd we had a great time

Pathetic serive cant even take a order had to repeating myself 6 times to the lady before she acknowledged my order. I did told her that it is not a take away we wil sit inside. So she didnt prepair for inside but for a take away. She didnt told me the doughnut must be bake before time. When the doughnut arrived it was and old one. Had to reorder a new one. I asked her for the manager 10 minutes later whe had to asked again for the manager.

The service was good and the shop was clean.Theres a variety of burger meals that are common to the franchise. My observation was, drive through customers are prioritised over in store ones. I guess this is done to minimise traffic congestion. I feel this specific McDonalds management need to look at this issue so as to strike a balance and prioritise all its customers the same. This discrepancy is more evident on busy days such as weekends, month ends and etc.

Middelburg mcdonald should have alert signs on drive thru when the system is offline...
