Very very bad service and the person assisting is very very rude. Doesnt give refunds and Doesnt explain properly what he selling. He got upset with me and went and sit down. I will never ever do business there again and I will tell everyone about this.No customer service at all.

Be very cautious dealing with this vendor. There is no refunds available on his products. If you are un-happy with the product, you are stuck with it! I am also consern if it is the real deal you are buying. The products is seemingly fake. Especially the JBL products. They lie to you knowingly about their products genuinity. Do not buy from this place! This encouter happened on the 2/3 April 2021.

Very bad service. i bought an iphone charger and he said its original ,charged me R550, after a week it broke, i took it back, found him on the phone, he did not even asked the other person to hold on, he assisted me while on the phone, he did not even want to hear what i have to say , and what pieces me off is that the charger is not even original... he is very rude
