Very rude & harsh service received from Siecelo at Incredible connection Middelburg Mall. I am a long standing customer of yours but I will never buy anything at this store again.I then went into a Pakistani shop, they are much much cheaper (I saved R700 for the exact same thing) & they are delightful to deal with.Note to the Owner/franchise manager, Please train the staff to make sure that they know how to communicate with customers in a pleasant manner, you can not afford to lose clients like this, over simple but crucial issues.

Your Costumer service is too bad. I bought a MacBook In store (10 May 2021) yesterday then it crushed its windows (didnt want to open windows) I took it back to the store expecting a help in hand but they just said its not their responsibility to reinstall the crashed window..I then asked what does their warranty cover they said nothing..Ive reported them to the Costumer Complain Commission Of South Africa. Am currently seeking for help in this matter..I need an advice on what to do in this situation.

Ive been waiting five days just for a controller hoping it might arrive today i laid on the ground for 50 minutes and waited as my hope slowly disappeared i dont even want it anymore i came inside because its dark and started to rain.

My sister brought bubblegum tablet at the store on the 25th and only to find the tablet damaged. I was not happy because at the store they told her they dont open the goods as it has a warranty to return it but the shocking part was when we returned it on the 27th the reply I received from the manager was they need to call the supply first and they cannot exchange for us.I was disappointed as we drove from limpopo to middleburg just for the exchange.This was the bad experience ever and all I wanted was my refund nothing more.

Where do I even start....One of the worst tech shops ever, go to cash Crusaders rather1. The staff will give you false information based on who you are e.g. This device cant be tested in store..next thing you get home and seals are broken2. if you dont read the packaging info yourself, youll end up buying accessories already included with the product,...i.e. you cant rely on the staff members...too bad 1/5 stars is the minimum you can give, i was gonna give them a 0 or negative rating
