The young man serving us was.not very clued up about the products. It was very frustrating. Products eg plumbing spread all over the shop. So I left and went to a competitor. Previous experience was better when one of the owners served me.

I had a roofing job in Henley, Meyerton that required Double Roman Tiles and lots of Timber.I visited several shops in the area which did not have or were way too expensive so I settled on Americana Hardware after they agreed to give a quote.You may find this a bit odd but most shops in that area will write you a quote that does not indicate individual prices of the materials. Americana was nine out of ten in terms of service excellence, I will return to this shop anytime to do business with them
