Very poor service. On 31st August I ordered two different menus (Good Times Feast & Chillaz Pack) As they called my order No 721 I went to collect but not convinced that the order is complete. As I walked out the lady served me was looking at me without asking any thing.When I reached home, only to find that the order was not complete. I called them, they said I had to go back and collect the outstanding order. I requested them to send their motor bike since I was 23km away even suggested to them to arrange with the nearest Galitos which is 6km away from my place but their answer wasnt pleasant. I had to drive another 46km since I had not choice due to that I had visitors to feed.When I got there I requested them to give me a freshly prepared. I left without any word to them avoid any argument and convinced that they got it right this time.Surprisingly when I got home, I discovered that it was not what I ordered.Disappointed

Quick service especially when you are hungry, no waiting for long time.

During my stay in Nelspruit i was never dissappointed by either the food or service offered. Good place to visit if you looking for a quick bite or to sit dowm for an hour or two. Not for the health conscious.

A bit filthy... flies everywhere. As I tried to chase it from my food, i was told i am wasting my time because the flies are even worse at the kitchen 😱... Im never coming back

The service was really bad ,i ordered food around 12:30 and asked if it was possible that it can be delievered around 13:30 but they said no,now its been 1hour 11minutes waiting for my order but i still havent received anything,mxm and my office is only ten minutes away from the shop...really not happy about this,your stuff needs training!!!!!!

I m always buying food here at Galitos the grove on my lunch time , if Im not complaining about something missing from my order Im returning something thats rotten, only to realize that whenever making an order and asking for a delivery they give us food that isnt fresh at all compared to when we are buying in the shop and eating in ofwhich is so wrong cause we are paying with our own money.

Services was horrible, waited an hour for a 1/2 chicken and they mix up orders
