I do love nandos a lot. I came to buy with high expectations of a great chicken. I ordered full chicken half lemon and herb and half hot. When I got home I was so shocked to find my great chicken so dry without suaces to make it worse I ordred extra sauce. My order number was 683. So disappointed 😧😧😧

Probably the worst Nandos Ive eaten at. Food quality was more or less okay. Service and staff were completely poor. I watched the cashier round up everyones bill for charity without asking. He told me he rounded mine up by mistake when i asked. I watched another customer have a 10 minute argument for a sachet of tomato sauce.

Terrible service and an unhygienic environment - waited 30 minutes for the simplest order after they told us it would only take 15 min and then still had to observe how roaches were walking around the food stations

Today I waited for 20 minutes for my berry blaze I ordered at 15h30, after asking several waitresses to check it for me. When eventually 1 waiter attended to me, I went to the counter to check my order only to find that it was lying on the counter unattendedI demanded another one and watched them do it The lady put everything and I asked about the alcohol, she wasnt aware that my drink required alcohol.Im very disappointed. Had I not watched them prepare it, I would have been given a wrong drink when I had paid more.

Currently sitting at Nandos for now 30 min and still no food.. Was told 8 minutes when I placed my order. The chef is cleaning the stove and 3 ladies are fooling around..Shame on you Nandos

No service at all we ordered a drink which took 10 minutes to get to the table and we had to ask for the glasses that also took about 20 minutes to get to our table and still yet i had to go to the counter to go and fetch those glasses and our food
