I had problem with my car and the engine light was on and low power than standerd .. Henri send me to do dynostic by Audi .. Audi inform me the problem is the plug of the diesel pump is broken this why the light of engine is on ..I give the car for SAC .. they fix the problem of the engine light by putting silicon on the plug of the diesel pump and delete the error .. then give me invoice of 14,000 R , The car is still with low power .once i inform Henri that i didnt like the silicon job , he got angry and he say that they will not give me warranty on the diesel pump . i told him i am not asking to change the diesel pump , and i am just didnt like the job . and then he blocked me by whatsapp .Very bad experience .

Very unhelpful and Henry did not even want to listen to any reasonable suggestions. The exact reason we decided not to use their branch in Cape Town too.

They have such a bad attitude, but on the upside, I can take my car somewhere more pleasant and I will get it fixed. They are stuck with the bad attitudes which is harder to fix.

They do good things to you car and Henry is the best!

We have taken our Mitsubishi Pajero to Steves a couple of times. Apart from some niggles here and there, we have always been very satisfied with the quality of work they provide. They are also friendly and efficient, easy to get along with. And if you have to wait, they provide free coffee and wifi :) If you are looking for a reliable car service company, Steves auto clinic is it.

They are doing excellent job. They have just fixed my car last week.

I´ve had terrible experiences with these guys. The work has been eeeeextremely delayed and whenever Ive asked them to push forward they been quite rude in their attitude.They have worked on the cylinder head on my Toyota, but after like 7-8 months the problems came back. My car spent 3 months on their workshop working on the engine. If I asked them to give me a date they just answered me that I only stressing them and that would ruin the job. I dont take this company seriously any longer....
