Reasonable prices on body part, they order for you if not available on stock. The process of buying takes a long time due to the fact that you buy at the counter and pay at the window and collect at collections section. So expect 3 queues, and not advisable when you are in a hurry.

Fn useless. I have never dealt with anyone as pathetic as Grandmark to answer a freaken phone call. Really need someone to instill a bit of professionalism.

Don’t respond to quote and availability requests by email. Reception on site is pretty hectic and wait was too long. In the end went elsewhere for my spare parts.
