This was my second time at Papa Rikas and yes, it is worth writing about. The food is delicious and the staff are accommodating friendly and hospitable. We had the wings which comes on a bed of chips and includes 4 rolls and coleslaw. We also ordered a large barbecue steak pizza which has sweet potatoes. The food was delicious and if I am in the area again I will be visiting Papa Rikas for at least one meal.

If you used to eating bunnies from places like Orientals, Britannia, Happy Chappies, Etc, You might not be entirely satisfied. Ordered mutton bunnies, meat was chewy. Not that great.

Food was outstanding, If you are looking for a good Durban curry in the South Coast of KZN, this is the place to be. We had the toasted mutton sandwiches as well as mutton bunnies & Chicken bunnies.... It was great. Keep it up guys. I now have a new favourite place to visit in the South Coast.

Trust me on this one. You dont need to go to Durbs for a good bunny, you have to go to Paparikas in Margate. Friendly staff, out of this world delicious mutton bunny chow. Just give me the recipe next time.

It looks to be a family owned and run business, which gave it that little extra in terms of attentiveness. It was nice and clean, we were checked on timeously to ensure we are ok. It was the little things that made our dining there that much more better. Ordered the 1kg wings and chips, half and half different flavors, the wings could have been a bit softer for my liking but Im sure there people who like them a little crispy, but wow, the two variants had so much flavor and enough sauce to keep dunking the wings whilst eating. My wife and I enjoyed.

Butter chicken is horrible but everything else is good

We come from Johannesburg, the baffalo wings was the best, better than spur. The lamb bunny chows was the best I have ever had. Will be back when when we come back to Margate.

Love the food and the variety! Lots of options to choose from as well. Keep a lookout for their daily specials. Well worth it and well priced . They deliver as well so you dont have to stress about picking up . Staff and owner very friendly and always helpful. Definitely recommended!!

They dont have any vegetarian curries despite having butter bean curry listed on the menu uploaded here, so we were very disappointed to have driven all the way and not to be able to try the place, given the great reviews.
