The food is always on point, we enjoyed our meal a lot. COVID19 protocols were well observed which was a great relief. But dont expect to get cold water when you ask for it, they give you tap water which was a let down for me.

Placed an order last night. Was supposed to be delivered at 18:35, eventually received our order after 19:30. Would have appreciated an update but call was cut when I phoned to enquire. Food was good when it arrived though. If you are under pressure to deliver let your customers know.

Im a business person. I will not allow workers to eat with customers. They should have their own canteen. Thats dropping standards. I personally would not go back there. The Last time I was at this store was about 5 years ago. When I went there this time, I realized why I never went back there.. Im in this area for 17 years now.

Great service. Food was delicious. Only problem was being heard because of the noise from the kitchen- maybe the extractors? Was delighted to discover that they deliver to my suburb as the Nandos in my town does not.

The cashier gave me the wrong information regarding prices leading to the wrong totalshe Was not energetic n seemed not to be in the mood to answer my questions but its fine I understand all thatbut its not getting any serviette with my meal n I had already very disappointed

Pathetic service at your Shelly beach store. Online orders is meant to make your life easier. Well not at this store. Ordered online. Recieved a message to pick up at 5.10pm. Go into store to collect and nobody knows where the order is. In fact it wasnt even packed. Like a bunch of clowns. Then we are in lockdown level 4 and there was no social distancing. People were grouped together on the couch and the line was snaking in the inside. Im sure you have dvr to view this on 23rd July 2021 at approximately 5.05pm. Shocking. This store needs to be reported for non adherence to covid protocols. Wont buy here again

I would rate is minus one if it was possible. The service was beyond pathetic , waited 45 mins for food. The food came in drips and drabs and was cold. They gave us the wrong flavour,everythng was hot instead of mild. The manager did not do much to assist and when i went to tell him about the service, his staff members started shouting at me. Please do not try this place

Best nandos on the coast

It was an unpleasant experience. I ordered my meal and I was given an amount of R450.00 and the lady was waiting for my card to charge for the order so I decided to do the calculation and saw that it came up to R304. And the lady explained to me that she was waiting for the manager to come make the correction and then she did. At this point I just about had it.We got our meal and just before we finish eat I went back and asked for the wings I had ordered. My husband was just trying to keep his cool and had a few of the wings which looked half eatern. I packed the rest of the left over meal to take home. As we got home to Durban. My husband was feeling ill all of a sudden and he went to bed. He felt a bit better in the morning. When my son had the left over for lunch the next day he also felt ill.i told him what had happened the day before and he says this is what happens when you complain. I was totally disgusted. How do people get away with something like this. I am now concerned about my son. I hope that he feels better soon.

Really enjoyed meal. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious. Service was fast and efficient. Cleanliness was not too bad, but I feel that it could be improved slightly. But in saying that I feel it was a great place to have a good relaxed meal. They cater for both adults and children with a variety of choices.Definitely recommend it, especially for people that enjoy eating chicken.

Our order was taken in full. Only my wifes order was brought to our table (without drinks), although I had paid for both our meals. The lady on the floor proceeded to argue with us about our order , eventually she agreed to go ask the lady at the till. She later came back with the full order and drinks - no apology. My wifes order for a well done piece came badly burnt. Again we disputed and the lady argued with my wife again. We requested to speak to the manager, who was on the floor , he refused (shook his head) to come to our table. We eventually left. Disappointing service overall. Definitely regret visiting this Nandos.

Absolute joke. We sat there for 28 minutes after placing our takeaway order, watching 1 single waitress stuff up every single takeaway order. In the 28 minutes we saw the delivery guy come in and sort out his orders, leave to deliver them & return BEFORE our order was even put together. Needless to say, our pitas were ice cold & soggy by the time we got our order as they kept taking our chips to fill orders that were placed after ours - because 1 waitress didn’t know what she was doing. Before we even placed our order 2 young boys were sitting waiting for their order which was ready, but just sitting on the counter. After they asked them for their order they were told to just keep waiting while the waitresses played musical chairs with the food being passed between 5 different orders trying to figure out what belongs where. After about 20 minutes the boys were eventually handed their bag of food which had lay untouched since the moment they asked for it. Very poor service, I’m very sad to say that as a regular customer I won’t be supporting this branch anymore, after what I witnessed & experiences tonight.

Staff was very unfriendly and arrogant. They just did not help us at all. One waiter passed me on her way to another table and asked me what do you want? we waited another few minutes in hope of a menu at least but nothing. We just stood up and left.

Friday night. Been here 40 minutes. Still does not look as if my takeaway is going to arrive any time soon. But then its Friday night on the South Coast. Interesting. This queue system on the screen. Must have cost a small fortune. Wonder if its monitored off site. The way to jippo it is to print the delivery slip and stick it on a brown paper bag. Everything looks good. But in actual fact things are falling apart. Welcome to Nandos.

The service is very poor. The waiter that attended to us had bad attitude and wasnt friendly at all. The food, you ask for well done and get the opposite. Im not setting foot in that place ever again. Port Shepstone will always be my best and favorite nandos
