It was an amazing experience. Everything was neat and tidy, Brent was so helpful. I will definitely recommended this to anyone Who wants to live in absolute comfort

Positive: Comfortable, clean and well equipped chalet. Nice patio deck. Loved being able to watch the bushbabies at night.. Negative: A bit noisy due to some construction in the area. Shower doors are difficult to open and close..

Positive: This place is close to Kruger National Park.. Negative: There was no host to greet me, and I had to collect the keys from the security office. That security guard that was on duty at the desk there told me that she does not work with booking numbers. This was the first red flag, as it already showed me how disorganized they are since they cant simply pull up my booking on the computer, as any hotel or organized host would have been able to do. She asked me to pull up an email of my booking from my phone to show it to her, and then she goes on to say, Well let me see if I have the keys here. That was another red flag, as she should have known for sure if the keys were there (and the keys should definitely have been there if a guest was arriving - that just just common sense). There was also an alarm at the house, in which she directed a security guard to accompany us to disarm. I was told to follow him, but he stayed in his vehicle for five minutes, looking at his phone (social media?), while we waited for him to move. He only started to move after we asked him what was going on, and why he was taking so long. That was totally unprofessional and very disrespectful to the guests. After we arrived at the house, the set of keys that he was given by the security office didnt work, and the security guard had to make some calls to find out what was going on. It turns out that he was given the wrong set of keys, which was totally ridiculous. When we finally got in, we found the house old, and dirty, and very disgusting. We were five guests, but only ended up using two of the beds because the others were disgusting. The air conditioners were old and didnt really work that well inside the house. We would never stay here again or book with this host. This place was not worth half of what I paid for it. Of all the places I have traveled in my life, I never had to deal with anything like this..
