Probably the best Burger KingI’ve ever been to.Clean and tidy.Pleasant staff.Food was by far the best.Everything tasted great and fresh.Buns were warm.👏👏👏👏👏👏

Burger King lenasia has horrible service.we always waiting longer then expected in the drive through! Bought a cup a cake and it was more of a CUPA ROCK. Half of the cake was hard and inedible. Absolutely disappointing.

Dont go there weekend evenings u would Queue for almost 2 house for a meal. Both drive through and going in are slow, think they prioritize Mr D agents than on site costomers

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for our order, no one apologized, or told us what the delay was, and they asked us for the receipt to see what we ordered and didnt even know if they gave us drinks yet, which they didnt, 2 staff members asked the same question, you can just hear them asking each other if the tenders are ready. We ordered 2 meals and tenders, the rest of the order got cold waiting for the tenders. The car behind us just drove off from the drive thru im not sure if they paid or not. We will not be going back there again

2nd August 2021Pathetic and disappointing serviceI an my spouse had ordered 2 x chicken big King burger meals on our way home from a long an tiring day of work we had passed by the Burger King at trade route mall lenasia drive through. Not only waiting a long while for our order but to be Very disappointed the sec we got home that the Burgers are Beef instead of chicken .. we are very religiously strict and it goes against our religion to eat Beef... therefore we do not alow any Beef Products in our home..therefore we had gone a night without any supper to eat and also very disrespect by receiving the order of only I had checked it there an there but that whats a drive through forPeople please check your orders proper as these guys will just give you anything they want to

In the recent 3 visits, I was not given my full order. I had to travel to and from Lenasia south on all occasions to correct a repetitive error from burger king. I can understand that it may happen but on 3 repitive occasions in a space of a month, this needs to be questioned.really disappointed in the drop of service.

I’m not familiar with burger king but my daughter loves it after after a number of experiences with her granny. I was assisted by a gentleman on the counter, fun and energetic guy. He was patient to answer my questions and explain their menu, maintaining them energy and excitement he received me with. Loved the fast service also, did wait long for my food. Would recommend them if you don’t have time to get inside the mall.

The place is typical of a regular franchise of this nature. The toilets could do with a bit of cleaning. Ample parking with security is available. It also has a drive through. Meals are prepared nicely. Service staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing like a whopper or chilli cheese if thats your style, Quick and effortless.

Its a chilled place. The customer service is alright. Though it needs a little more stuff interaction with the customers but overall its a nice chilled place, a good spot for catching up with friends, family and business meeting. I mean the softdrinks are bottomless so why not catch up there?? The menu and the prices are good too!

Store is not open during loadshedding, at least whenever i have been there. Mcds, just across the road, is always open. Burger King needs to wake up..

Very cozy and intimate for dates. Service waa also great. Its right by the mall so after mall shopping easily accessible for quick launch or late night supper.

I usually receive good food and service from this place, but this time, I bought meals with milkshakes for my family and I. When I got home and tasted the milkshake, it was terrible and had some metallic taste to it. Since I had never experienced this before, I decided to go back to the restaurant and enquire. When I got there, the lady who was called to assist me was extremely rude and made it seem as though I was crazy for complaining about the taste. Only after taking her time by slowly getting the entire staff at the restaurant to taste a newly made milkshake and to tell her it tasted badly did she agree that it indeed was off. She then again took her precious time to process my refund after she helped everyone else who arrived after me.. I felt disappointed with this.I am generally happy with their service but this incident really upset me

Burger king is my guilty pleasure and the fast food preference when I have to do fast food, this drive thru was slow and the building maintenance is behind, makes it look like Burger King opened up here 20 years ago.Food is what was expected but didnt instill confidence.

Im angry and disappointed. The service and staff are always super friendly and helpful but the service I got today was disappointing. I fail to understand how the lady who assisted me today works with people with such an attitude.

I am really disappointed at the service at burger king at trade route mall. Just for ordering a king fusion and a milkshake i had to wait half an hour for my order and only after i asked them for my order they decided to tell me that there is no ice cream. The service is really pathetic and Im really disappointed. 😡

Food was great. Used the drive through and took very long to get my.order only to find out that the same guy who took my order is also at payments and at,the last window to collect. I even asked him why is he working alone and where are the others.

The drive through is very slow. We ordered 4 ice cream cones...But had to wait in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes we were the 3rd car in a row. When our turn came we had to wait for the server to go get the cones. After all the waiting I couldnt enjoy my ice cream

Having a Burger King in our area has given me a little bit more choice when it comes to burger franchises. I somewhat outgrew McDonalds.

The Lenasia store needs a lighting engineer to brighten up the store and give it a happy exciting atmosphere. At night this store is not very inviting at night because the store does not face the traffic.

Took far longer via the drive through window than it does at other sit down establishments. Defeats the purpose.

Food is good but the service requires attention. Staff is not trained well enough on how to deal with customers.
