One cant really go wrong with Nandos in general. However, this particular Nandos was a cut above the rest.Our server was a delight. She brought the food out quickly and resolved our drinks issue with a smile.The chicken melted in the mouth. It was a well deserved treat.

Wonderful place to indulge in a cold winters day. The Hot flavours of Nandos signature sauces is enough to get the blood boiling. Service was brilliant. Staff were friendly and efficient. Tables were clean and neat, unlike many stores I patronized which were sticky. I indulged in my favourite livers and roll, strips and rice and a tasty coffee afterward.Love the vibe and ambience here. Well done

Really disappointed with the service. First you have to wait in a long queue for the drive through. I bought a full chicken and they cut it into 8 pieces without even asking if I wanted it cut. To make matters worse the pieces dont even look like they are from the same chicken.🤣 They might as well have been pieces from a bag of mixed portion chicken.

It was a very bad customer services. On collection we waited for over 27 minutes. On top of that we discovered that our chicken had one wing, the other was missing. In fact, it appears as if its a common practice at Na dos outlets for pieces of chicken to be missing when buying a take away. Hence I always tell them NOT to cut it. But I was not surprised when a wing was missing. Very bad experience.

My family placed a delivery order at this Nandos branch yesterday and the food we received was not what was expected.My entire family ordered Pitas,Wraps and Burgers with well done chicken and all of the chicken was barely even cooked.. I ordered a chicken pita and I received a pita with barely cooked chicken and sauce. No tomato, no cucumber and no lettuce..Being someone who orders from Nandos regularly , Im very disappointed about the quality of food we received.

Although the food at this Nandos in Polokwane is always of good quality, they are always severely under staffed and therefore one tends to wait a long time. Please try and attend to this Nandos as it deters customers
