Ordered a happy meal.. didnt get the toy, had to ask for. Paid for jalapeno sauce had to ask for it. The servers take no covid precautions, no gloves, they dont sanitize.. and I am visiting the south.. NEVER AGAIN

I always use Drive-thru when i got to McD, but this one was son slow....and could barely hear the teller. The big Mac was tasteless.....barely had the sauce. Didnt enjoy it at all.

The service is great, there is a waiting line outside due to Covid19 restrictions, and it gets quite busy even the drive through, and it makes it a bit difficult for pedestrians to enter the restaurant. Its annoyingly far from the Mall when you dont have your own private car, and its frustrating when you already bought your valuables because youre not allowed to go with a trolley there and trolleys are not allowed inside the restaurant. Otherwise its a great, nice and clean place 👌.

Terrible service , always when ordering on the app the staff gets the order wrong . Very disappointed and it happens even when we go there but then we can make sure it’s correct . For the 2nd time we ordered on the app in hope the order will be correct but it isn’t . No answer when we call the telephone. Will never order from them again !really very poor service

First impression was a bad impression. Food was good hence the 2 stars, but service was bad. Tried to redeem deals from the app to be told it isnt working and after asking if there is no one that can check up why its doing that as we now forfeit our deals, we were told there is nothing they can do. Purchased a coffee with other food items and paid R19.50,just to later find out the price was supposed to be R5 according a special being run... Still awaiting feedback from them and the entire day has already passed. So 0/5 for service, 2/5 for the quality of food

Horrible experience this evening, arrived around 19:05 but was left to queue for drive thru and when I got to the window at 20h30 I was told they are closed, why couldn’t they tell me on time that they won’t service me? I was second last in line after the security cut off everyone with a crate and the manager was very rude telling me why can’t I go and sleep it’s late, they should have cut me out and I would have left but to make me queue for an hour 25 mins for nothing is inhuman

Drive through taking too long with orders. Took me 35 minutes to get to the front of the queue, place my order and finally receive my order.

Long queues at the drive through but relatively fast service, will definitely return.

No staff behind the counter when my order came up on the collect screen. I called for a few minutes before one came from the kitchen. I collected my order and when I got Home I realised they did not put my sauce for my nuggets in the bag 😠

Bought Oreo mcflury there and was happy with it. They just three the crunched pieces of biscuits on top of the ice cream and wanted me to take it

I used to love buying here but nowadays their food taste different, after the lockdown. Their quarter pounders doesnt taste nice at all. It looks way different than what they advertise. Its the worst burger I ate in my whole life. No lettuce, tomatoes, nothing. I even took a picture because I wanted to go show them. Their fries taste different, doesnt even taste like Mc Donalds fries anymore, tasteless, no salt. Im really disappointed Mc Donalds Lenasia.

We were waiting for over an hour in the drive thru. My 3 year old nephew had a running tummy. He needed to use the loo. My wife took him to use the loo inside. My wife had on a mask and my nephew never had a mask (doesnt need one according to government regulations because he is 3 years old). The lady at the door refused to allow them in to use the loo because he had no mask. With such an attitude why should one support this brand?
