Totally upset 😡 Why advertise a bowl and then not even fill it half way 🤬😠 Will never buy again... Tried it for the first time and definitly the last time!!!

My experience was unsatisfactory. Just travelled a long way and was looking for a good meal. We ordered strips and rice and a burger meal and it was lacking in taste, flavor and quality. We were not offered any condiments to have with our meal. Bottles of sauces were left at one station for the public to handle. Overall unsatisfactory experience. I probably would have enjoyed the food prepared at the Shoprite.

Just your standard Nandos, nothing too special. The food is pretty decent but the waiting time for your meal is a bit much. The service is good but does leave a bit to be desired. So overall average, but not terrible.

My meal was okay except for the roll, it wasnt as soft like other roll I have bought before.It was hard and it ddnt taste fresh and your olives as well 2 had scars.

Great food, cooked to perfection. Customer service is also good, not a long wait for the order, whether I call to order or have a sit down. Well done!

Purchased a half chicken meal, however it was dry and when I asked for extra sauce I was told the sauce is expensive and they only allowed to bast the chicken 2 times

A newly established place so it still looks good on the inside. Not a very busy place yet there seems to be a lack of pride in the staff. No immediate follow up with seated customers.

Shocking service when I walked in by cashier she was not interested rather rude and got the order wrong 4!times in stead of the premises 20 minutes it took 32 minutes for our order to arrive.Once home discovered that the chips were ice cold and half cooked and that despite the fact that it took 4 times for the cashier to get order right all 3 dishes were extra hot although 2 mild were ordered.Store was not busy but NO leadership in the storeWhat a disgrace for Nandos and maybe the franchisee should spend some time in the store on a Friday night🤔🤔🤔Poor poor show Nandos and clearly your training of Nandocas leaves a lot to be desired these days .😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
