Very disappointed in the service i got today..apart from the not so well prepared chicken...the burger really put the cherry ontop..as i was hungry i could not wait any longer an ate the food but poor poor services..coz if a original king steers burger look lik this im stunned..what happened today??No 🧀 no lettuce 🥬..smuddered with alot of sauce..tiny peace of 🍅..im confused

Steers kuruman got the worst delivery and service will never support them and if you ever get in or pass kuruman dont waist your time at steers really bad

Good place to visit when youre hungry

The service is horrible at Steers Kuruman. When our order arrived it was the wrong burger and we didnt get our cooldrinks even though we ordered and paid for a meal. Very dissapointing.

Ordered a veggie burger they tried to poison me by adding with non vegan mayonnaise. Stay away they dont care about allergies. Steers Kuruman will give you food poisoning.

The food is always good but the queue on Wednesdays are ridiculous. Try to avoid Steers Kuruman from 17:30... Only on Wednesdays tho.

So many previous reviewers here have said that the service was extremely slow, but till now they havent rectified it.The shop is severely understaffed. The cashier runs between serving customers and doing kitchen work. In a space of 15-20 minutes only 4 customers were served.

This was the f-ing worst service i had in my entire life!!! Waited 50 minutes for 1 wacky wednesday and 2 brat packs! I will never ever ever order from them again. You cant complain about the service because there is no service and not to mention the own/manager with zero customer service. Please people, dont waist you time!!!!

Took forever to get the food ordered almost an hour.

Not the best service, perhaps it was just a mix upon the day but we ordered something, and someone who came 13 people after us ordered the same thing and received it before us, when we enquired, they said they mixed up orders, the lady was so confused she even forgot to give us our drinks.
