There welcoming staff at the door are not having experience in handling customers. But in terms of social distancing and ither covid19 regulations they are good and compliant

Poor prepared meat

I went past as I visited Kuruman. Bought some stuff for my daughter and bought myself zinger wings. Service was very poor and had to wait for a very long time. On my way as I opened my zinger wings; I found them very dry and burned. As seen on the picture.

The way they fry the chickens

They need to put more effort, i once bought chicken which was coming water out of it, and then the next time the chicken was tasteless, i tried to eat my meal but i failed and i call for the manager and gave him. I asked him politely to eat it but he refused. Since then when i want KFC i go to the other KFC next to Ford kuruman. They offer you perfect food like youre the only one customer they have. On top of that theyre fast

They provide a very quick and friendly service. They get your order correct first time. In most times they serve fresh food, unless you want to eat their wings in the morning, I am not yet sure if it would be the wings from the previous day and only warmed up in their cooking oil that morning, or they use the cooking oil from the day before to cook the wings, either way, they are not to die for, in a very literally sense of the meaning.They keep the place neat and tidy. And for a place that is mostly busy, their bathrooms are actually clean, even though I havent been to the ladies side, Im pretty sure they got that side spot clean as well. Plus, I do not think they would want their customers catching an infection due to their negligence.So, do come through to fill up your empty tank when passing in Kuruman. You will not be disappointed.

In kuruman we have 2 kfc s but the service differ.the one near the taxi rank is rendering a poor service whereby you will find the meat and zinger wings undercooked but when you go to the one near wimpy the meat is always well cooked. And I also dont like this thing of been asked for donations of R 2 cos every time one go there they ask for it . Please kfc can u pls find other ways of looking for donations and stop asking for R2 each time we go to buy.

The service is really slow on busy days. Staff purposefully grad their feet. You can wait up to 10-15 min for an order🙄
