Extremely bad service and even worse products. My daughters glasses was not right from the start and after months of up and down nothing was fixed. My 1st glasses were made wrong. I had to pay for both sets. 2 Frames broke in an 11 month period. We do not have any glasses that is right. So if bad products and empty promises is what you want, then Mellins North Cape Mall is for you

Extremely bad bookkeeping. Submission of claims to medical aid incorrect. Recording of payments received and dates of payments incorrect. Patient charged for payment made by medical aid.Sorry but this is totally unacceptable. Will never use them again and others as far as possible nit to use them.
