I arrived at 4:15 just wanting to have a coffee and kill some time while my partner braved the punishing crowds of people doing their Easter weekend shopping.There was nobody at the door and after a short wait I sanitized my hands and went to find a table. A lady mopping the floor, who I soon realized doubled as the waitress said that I needed to go back to the door and complete the covid register and that I need to be aware they close at 5.I simply left to find somewhere friendlier. Mugg and Beans tend to be standard fare as far as restaurants are concerned but poor service pushes them into the red zone and there are nicer places to try.

Great coffee and super large muffins that is very filling just for a snack. Staff attentive and friendly.Very prominently situated at the mall.

Friendly service. The new healthy options at Mugg&Bean is definitely an option to consider! Well priced. Easy to choose an healthy option from the menu with all Vitality meals grouped together.

I waited too long to be attended to. The chef ended up bringing me the menu. People who came after me were served way before my order was taken. Rye bread was stale, but the avo was very fresh. That I loved. The waitress, Charmaine (I saw the name tag), was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. A far cry from all the other Mugg & Beans Ive been to🤮

Almost walk away from this place. Waitress told us that kitchen closed in hour and a half before its actually closes. Very low quality of the waitress... Not telling about all, but this one specifically

Very very slow service, our waitress(Lerato #54) walked in such a manner that it was clear she didnt want to work. My dad how orderd a coffee recieved hot milk, they didnt even ask us if we wanted the milk hot or cold.

I have been here twice and I had to wait over 45 minutes for service. The waiters just stand at the front and ignore you.
