If I could I would rate a zero - no honest answer, unprofessional staff and to date still waiting for Constantine to call. We went to the Waterfront shop, who collected the phone we wanted, from the Kenilworth shop and we took a contract out with them.

When taking out a contract with Vodacom & specifically at this store be 100% percent sure they explain all the T&Cs of every single piece of info they give you. They will always give you the minimum information that answers your question, while leaving out the critical details that reveal just how worthless their offerings really are compared to other mobile networks.1) They told me its cheaper to buy data bundles when youre on contract, e.g. on prepaid 1GB costs R149 and on contract it costs R69 if you use the Vodacom app. What they failed to mention is that the R69 bundle is only valid for 7 days. If you want data without stupid limitations you pay exactly what prepaid people do.2) My contract was advertised with a free 10GB once-off data bundle, but they failed to mention this is only valid for the first month, AND its only given pro-rata, so you will only get the full bundle if you open your contract on the first day of the month. Thanks for nothing.3) The exclusions to my contract were not explained, and the T&Cs booklet that the contract states you are supposed to receive along with the contract doesnt exist. How can you call Caller Identity a value add service that contract customers have to pay extra for, when prepaid customers get it for free?! This is the very definition of a hidden cost.

Bad Service. Contratct phone still does not have airtime or data as per the contract 4 days after i took out a contract at this store. Calling the store is also a nightmare.

The staff were very helpful. Although they are not always professional, they jumped through hoops for me since I had a bad experience at the Rondeboach branch and waited months. I got my phone the same day and the consultant I was dealing with knew what she was doing and helped a lot

We signed up a home internet package with router and were told SIM card would be activated within 24-48hrs. By Jaimee. Well its now been 4 days and after having phoned vodacom customer care for help I have been informed that Jaimee has not yet even loaded the contract in store. Terrible service and very dissapointing considering even though the data was more expensive I opted for Vodacom because of service and loyalty. Maybe its true that in the modern day loyalty shouldnt exist in business. I truly hope the store contacts me ASAP to rectify this issue

Absolutely worst service at this shop. I would rather drive to bloem to get my phone repaired instead of going back there. They said my phone is un repairable and sent me home. I opened my phone myself and found 1 loose plug. Pluged it in and Bobs your uncle. PHONE IS FIXED

I am a big supporter of Vodacom, but service sucks at this store. Got an sms that phone is repaired. Went to collect and had to wait for more than half an hour for them to finalize phone. Why send a sms that phone is ready for collection if it is not???

I got the most unprofessional help at this Store. I visited on Saturday 21 October at around 2.10 p.m to blacklist my phone which was stolen that afternoon. The consultant spent over 30 minutes asking me for the same details and not getting anywhere. She even asked me to get the call center number and call because she was could not see the ITC number after blacklisting my phone and was unable to assist any further.With what phone must I call? What is the purpose of the shops then? If any calls are to be made shouldnt she make them? I obviously pointed this out and so she continued to pretend to help. After another 10 minutes or so she wrote an ITC number down and told me my phone was blacklisted. After reporting stolen phone to the police and submitting my Insurance claim with the given reference I received communication from my Insurance to provide a blacklisting reference. Imagine my disappointment when they told me at Vodacom Claremont that my phone was not blacklisted at all and there was no ITC number on the system. This means this lady not only wasted my time but gave me a bogus reference which could potentially cost me my insurance claim. I am truly unhappy and need to take this up with her manager.

Two Sim swaps requested at this store and both times when I called Vodacom call Centre 24 hours later they confirmed that nothing was submitted from this store. A total waste of time. I wont be visiting this store again.
