Had o good friendly chat with the consultant while busy being attend and helped. I was there for a sim swap and as usual met the good guy. Oops we even joked about how silly names a linked to certain behavior or characters

Worst experience and service ever. My son applies for a contract, told his device will be here on Wednesday the 17th of March, they will call. Hear nothing. Went in today to hear what is happening( was told on the day he applied, no need to que, can just wait on the mobile device chair, did that) Service lady comes out, helps the gentlemen in the other que first, ask what is happening, how does the procedure work. Told to wait, will help just now, first helping the gentlemen. Finally a consultant helps, oh sorry you were declined because of low credit score..no phone call, nothing!! Maybe a good thing, with such service, actually no service!! Rather go elsewhere

The sales consultant that assisted us was very friendly and explain things in details. My router was not working for 3 months he tried fixing it but it did not work. So he gave me a new one. With a better premium. Thank you keep up the Good work

Telkom mobile has good offers, but the service is poor!!Queues are always long.Queries and complaints are ignored.There seems to be huge communication gaps within the communication service provider?How can a technician repair a phone (even replaced a part or parts), but the problem is exactly the same?

We had extremely slow internet on what should be a reasonable speed, so we upgraded to a 10mbs line. The internet still seemed slow and not to my surprise we are paying full price and only getting half. Thay are robbing you. Never use them! Use your local wifi provider. You hold for days to get through to them.

Telkom has been horrible the last 2 months. First they cut my service on the 10th of February because they say I didnt pay. I prove to them that the debit order went of 1 February already. It takes them numerous hours to reinstate my service. Then 25 February they debit 3x the amount owed on my bill. I still have not received my money back. Ive spoken to the branch floor manager, phoned the call center 20x and emailed proof to them more that 5x. I have reference numbers and proof of emails sent. Still nobody can tell me what is going on or when my money will be refunded. All the while they are collecting interest of my money...as ill ever see a cent of that interest.....Horrible!!!!!!

It looks great but nobody can really help. You get shuffled from pillar to post. A persons problem gets put on a computer which never gets corrected properly.In hindsight STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM CONTRACTS, it becomes a nightmare.Yes please plan your visit as you can wait as much as 2 to 3 hours. As there is never enough consultants.This needs to be addressed by management urgently.Unfortunately Telkom DOES NOT CARESTILL NOT ENOUGH STAFFTELKOM SERVICE IS LIKE A TORTOISE OR A SNAILPLEASE GET MORE STAFF.

Pathetic service! Its been 5 weeks now our voice line is dead/ static at best and clients cant reach us costing us a fortune in business. Technicians have been to our premises to find that the problem lies in an adjacent neighbours yard. Asking us how they should gain access. Not our problem!

Am extremely dissatisfied and dissapointed with Telkom. I have been a Telkom client for 10 years, -but the service/assistance I have been getting from them, is beyond pathetic! I have been applying/trying to get the WIFI router special since April. Every month the soecial offer differs The latest is the R 139 special. Although this is the 3rd month I have been trying to rent/buy the special offer, I have been unsuccessful. Somewhere my applIcations, with all my documentation, disappear into thin air!! I have decided to escalate this matter to a higher level; maye top managemen is no aware of the pathetic service at Telkom braniches.

Wish i could give it half a star, ive been struggeling to get them to sort out data that i was supposed to get that was never loaded even after the manager assured me that it would be available, its been 4-months, im fed up. I long for the days where companies actually cared what the client meant to them, these days they just want the money and when they have it you dont exist

I stood in line for a long time and the service was really slow and very impersonal. I try to call the same branch to do follow up work because all my mails remain unanswered and get no reply while their inbox is so full that you cant leave a message. So all my efforts come through.WEAK.
