Safe and queit mall. Almost every shop there and the banks

Its a nics and clean mall with some big supermarkets and alot of secured parking nice viewing and nice fo vist regularly

Various shops and banks available. Its always nice go during the week in the morning as it tends to get packed.

After a while not visiting the site ..Wow the atmosphere was nice,relaxing ..toilets were clean..most staff in shops which I visited were welcoming and very nice.

FNB branch at Festival mall seems to be deserted. Staff seem tired, not interested. At times it seems like there is not enough finger print machines. Call centre FNB staff have no clue of what they are doing. I dont think they have training particularly when it comes to app issues. You go to FNB greenstone or Woodbridge service is fantastic, then go to Festival mall its hopeless

Great place but isles too narrow for the amount of people that visit.

Had a great time, the food courts have great views and the prices are reasonable.

The parking is great, and a large variety of shops make it a great shopping experience. The shops I went into had good customer service, and most polite. The Ice Rink is great for the children.

Must compliment the centre management for the beautiful gardens in front of the mall. Sorry to see Mugg and Bean closed.

Festival Mall is easily accessible ,user friendly ,clean.It also has many shops that are not available in the CBD.

I was basically here for shopping and the experience was nice, given the fact that its midweek and there are few people. So yeah everything was smooth!

The mall is well stocked with a variety of stores, we stopped by Incredible Connections and the guys in the store clearly do not know what theyre doing there. My friend had bought his cellphone in that store and he wanted to find out about claiming for its insurance since he had lost the phone, the first guy he spoke was leaning against the counter, showed no interest at all, he was on his phone and it was like he was being bothered. My friend is commercial pilot, hes very nice so he didnt react to how he was being treated and then this guy also pointed him to a guy behind him, close by though... Close enough to hear what they were talking about, apparently this is the guy who handles the insurance claims. He didnt even introduce him to the other guy, its like he was speaking to a nobody.The guy my friend was referred acted as if he didnt hear anything, and my friend basically had to explain all over again what he needed help with, this guy was also not interested in helping out and seemed like he was rushing my friend to leave as he couldnt help him, all he was doing was inquiring about what he needs to do to claim for the insurance hes paying through the store for a phone he bought at this store. The same guy walked away to get something for my as it seemed like he didnt know the claim process, we waited there for 5+ minutes while this guy is now talking to another customer instead of coming back to finish helping my friend. An Indian lady with her son assume were treated more like humans, they were greeted when they entered the store, suddenly these guys can talk and walk, same thing with a caucasian gentleman who walked in, while we were still waiting. Eventually the store assistant sent another store assistant with the insurance book to explain to my friend what the process is... The guy who was sent looked like he was also in doubt. Id never recommend shopping at that particular incredible connections based on the service my friend had received that day. Imagine being treating your customer like theyre bothering you and youre doing them a favour.

Its a great mall with games in side and many things for entertainment.

Travellers beware. I left this mall after dark ok on an Uber. And the mall security and the Uber drivers were running a scam. I made the mistake of telling the bumb working the cars picking people up. He repeated the License plate of my ride to Mall Security. My driver got 1 min from me. Drove around in the parking lot , pretending not to be able to find me. All the other people were getting in there cars. I was singled out for not being South African. A strange man approached me asking could he give me a ride. I had to act my color, and curse him out!!! The Uber driver cancelled on me for no reason. I ordered another car, and eventually got out of there. Dont try to leave from Festival Mall after sundown!!!!!!!

Very crowded. Expensive parking. Dubious security. Parking is a nightmare. Parking booms slow. Road layout is confusing.

Like most malls, there are just too many people in it and trying for some social distance is like trying to turn lead into gold.Shops are not well placed and the nature of the building has you walking for what feels like kilometers before you spot a shop that might have what you are looking for.Info kiosks do not work, making the task of finding your business of choice so much more challenging!

1. Not very clean, sticky everywhere!2. Chicken is always dry and not enough sauce even when I ask for extra sauce3. It needs to get cleaned ASAP!4. Staff isnt so friendly, they could do better!

I regularly shop at Festival Mall because of the variety of shops. Its very convenient and not too far from where I live. The mall is well organized and managed well. Its clean and safe. Thats why I recommend Festival Mall. Im glad its in my city.

There was a photographer there when you enter in you can take pics from R20, but the overall experience is that the place is busy, crowded.

I love their best full grilled chicken 😋, Hmm. Waiting is not a problem when knowing you that your taste buds are gonna get rejuvenated. Best spicy chilli sauce.

They have all the shops you can ask for, the only down side is that the mall is always full there is no social distancing, you dont see a shop guide or securities around the mall.

Good but they need to have a generator to kick in when its load shedding. It socks when such a beautiful mall is closed due to eishkom issues.

Visited Game, Checkers and Dischem.Game Stores was very quiet and I was surprised that there were only two ladies manning the check-out tills. The lady who served me wasnt very friendly and I got the impression that I was disturbing her because although she summonsed me to come to her till, she hardly made eye contact or responded to me greeting her. .Dischem was busy as always. Security official was very pleasant and when I was unable to find something, the lady that I asked for assistance was very helpful and pleasant.Checkers was quite busy. Security was very pleasant. I use my own hand sanitiser because I dont like them spraying liquid alcohol on my hands, so I always carry my own small bottle in my pocket. I always politely refuse being sprayed before entering a store and he was quite happy when I indicated that I prefer my own. I also show them that I have my own bottle so that I dont get accused of theft when I leave. I have marked it with indelible marker pen as well. I quite often have problems when entering some stores because their security often tries to force me to use theirs. I personally do not support the whole hand sanitiser activity, as I believe that it actually causes the skin to dry out and crack and I feel that it is not natural and probably is not good for our immune system anyway.I wasnt able to find what I was looking for and I asked a lady packing some shelves if she knew where to look and she insisted in escorting me right across the store to show me where to look. Sorry, I forgot to ask for her name but she was very sweet and quite upset when it turned out that they didnt stock what I was looking for.Check-out tills were busy and staff were, as always very pleasant. I always make a habit of greeting them and chatting a bit and they most often respond very positively to this.I usually visit Checkers at Glen Ballade because I prefer to avoid shopping centres but Festival Mall is on my way home from where I was working yesterday and I was looking for some specials that arent on at my usual store but the bigger variety of goods available at this store does have certain advantages.
