Had a bad experience with the reception ladies on Friday the 25th of June. Rude, abrupt and didnt seem as if they realized that they ate actually dealing with sick people. Lady before me got the same treatment. If it wasnt for having one of the best doctors there I would most certainly not go there again..... not necessary to name the two ladies, they will know who they are. Maybe something will get done to change their customer interaction.

All dokters are available,then waiting for an hour and a half to tell me they are waiting for the screening room.. After canceling they tell me no sir you are the first person we are gonna help.. Why have I been waiting so long if I was the first person.

This is the second time I showed up at the Medicross only to see it is closed. On Google it shows that is is Open until 8PM yet once again its closed 7 hours before 8PM. If there are any changes to the time they are open and closed due to Covid then it needs to be adjusted online as that is where we get all our information from these days. I cant keep driving all the way to Medicross just to see if they are open when they are closed.

The staff is super friendly. The nurse explained step by step what she was doing at all time. The service was also very quick

Waiting for more than 45 minutes for a simple injection! Every single time I come here, I have to wait an hour or more at the nurses station. Next time, Ill simply ask the doctor to prescribe the tablet equivalent to save myself from this pain.

Dr wonderful but the worst sister station. Wont ever go there again. This was the 2nd time round that I had to wait an hour for an injectionShocking!!!!! I will advise everyone I know not to go there in future

On Saturday 30 March 2019 at around 10H00 I went to this facility seeking help as I have stepped on a rusted nail . I enquired at reception what the cost would be for a Tettanus Injection.I was rudely told I have to consult a Doctor ,as he has to prescribe it. I found this irregular and was refered to the nurse on duty. I explained my situation and explained that I do not have a medical aid an only want them to give me the vacination.For some obscure reason this individual found it amusing and informed me that I need to see a Doctor before they can administer it.She was very rude to say the least.I the called Dischem and enquired if they can give me the injection. The kind staff advised me that they can do it at a minimal charge , and that I do NOT need a Doctors prescription for it. I went there and 10 minutes later I was on my way home.I find it disgusting that Medicross wanted to milk me for a Consultation as well. No empathy and a general rude demeanor.Thank you Medicross Elgin you will never see me or any of my friends or family.You have lost the plot. Money Grabbers in stead of caring for people.I am disgusted to say the least.This review is just the begining as I will proceed to report them to the Medical Practitioners Board in Pretoria and Medicross Head Office.Fortunately I video recorded the whole farce and will be using it as proof going forward.Dave Cronje.

Worst experience ever with Dr SibisiHe does not listen to anything the patient says and he is rude. He keeps interrupting you are asking questions . Waste of money and time.

Isabel at Reception very rude. When on time for appointment she pushes walk in patients in front of you. Why bother making appontment???
