Receptionist are rude, unhelpful, and from a medical standpoint you would think they would be a bit more considerate towards newborn parents. they even wanted to charge us two consultations when it was for lactation issues.After being forced to pay cash because they didnt want to put it through the medical aid even though being covered, now a month later they send us a outstanding bill ??? Hello you made me pay before I left.So on top of poor service your receptionist once show again that they are incompetent and dont worry already responded with the statement to which payment was made.

1. The ladies by the reception, Afrikaans judging by the accent are extremely rude! Blatantly ignored me when I asked for help. Implicit bias much?2. The in-store clicks pharmacy is a bit pricier.3. Generally good health practitioners available.4. short wait time.5. One thing that bothers me though, is that GPs dont do a general check up when they attend to you, like blood pressure, checking ears or throat, that kind of stuff. Its just oh you have a cold, heres a prescription and youre good to go. Kind of annoys me a bit because they dont seem to be interested in their patients total well being.6.
