This store they dont respect customers,I was treated so bad by the cashier named Asavela Khanzi n her supervisor for asking to withdraw money

I love shopping at shoprite Mayfield but the attitude of the cashiers at till point is disgusting since the store started operating on the 9th I went there 2 times and in those 2 I have experienced same behavior on different cashiers can management of that store talk to their cashiers they should respect the customers

I really enjoy to be at the mall especially with my old lady on social grants days. AT PICK N PAY there are chairs so the grannys can sit and wait for their turn to withdraw their moneys.

The dont have a care with customers and even grocery you to pack your self in plastic bag

No protocols followed, the shop is packed , not properly attended to and the butchery smells.

If it was possible to rate 0 star I was gonna do that. The cashiers on the money market they dont want to work. I been standing on the line for 50 minutes while there was only few people on the line, about 6 people so. While there was only 1 cashier working. The rest of the 6 counters were empty.We are your customers, please treat us on the good way, we help you to be rich.

They always have stock that is showing on pamphlets

Im very dissatisfied as I bought milk for my mom to bake, only to find that its spoiled. When she went to return at another branch close to her they refused to take it back.

My visit was this past Tuesday whilst accompanying a friend to the Money Market. This first week of the month for this sort of stuff obviously comes with standing for long times in long ques. However, we were impressed by how the service was consistently efficient and overall impressive from the till clerks, and a neat order of progression maintained by the security personnel. Despite having still stood a long time in the que, the length of the line was really long in comparison to the time we actually took to reach the till.I also want to give a thumbs up to the lovely lady (of whom I dont recall the name) who served us with a kind and professional demeanor.
