Too crowded and small parking bays. Smoke hangs everywhere and access to banking mall is really not pleasant.

The most terrible chaotic mall Ive ever been to. From parking to everything else. Never go there again unnecessarily. The only good experience was the Home Affairs staff who helped as quickly as possible.

Starting to get festively busy. Bit weird having 1 elevator open on different sides of the walkway on different floors, with no stairs nearby.

Not sure if its just me but the parking bays in this mail seem very narrow compared to other malls and parking lots.And not like a have an upper ultra wide vehicle, i park ok but if ever next to the guys with larger vehicles and SUVs i find that they always once or to close to the sepperation lines.

Paid parking during Lockdown Level 3, thats a bit risky. It wasnt paid parking before.

Shocking- there were no tickets when I went into the parking and they said just go through and then in the way out there was chaos as noone had tickets and the last at the exit said we have to go and arrange to get a ticket and then come back- chaos and eventually I found someone I side who helped me and then I got a ticket and departed but took me half an hour this process so I wont go back.ther again.

I went in to the male toilets and asked the cleaner to please wipe the toilet seat as it was dirty. The cleaner took the mop that he was using to mop the floor and used it to clean the toilet seat.

Using Admyt, I entered the car park on Saturday morning. The entry boom opened and no ticket was issued.On exit, the boom didn’t open although my Admyt account was debited at 11:05. Lindiwe, the car park attendant was unhelpful and insisted that I find a place to park my car, get a ticket issued and pay R8.The parking pay stations were busy with other people in the same predicament. So I went to Advance Parking office to get a ticket. Caroline, the manager, blamed Admyt but she eventually assisted.I lost time and got frustrated with the complications and work I had to to get out.Killarney Mall May have benefited from some people overpaying. However, there are lots of excellent shopping centers nearby.Killarney Mall with be my choice of last resort.Shame on you guys.
