Enrolled my daughter in the Design building in February, and was impressed by the Design and Culinary buildings. Started to wonder when the bathrooms didnt have soap or dryer.As an alumni of Goudstad Teachers College I took stroll there and walked away totally depressed at the decay. Bathrooms did not have soap, toilet paper, towels or blowers, the amphitheater has been dug up to expose a water leak (one can see it was left this way for quite a while) and is overgrown with weeds. The face brick walls were defaced with glue spots of old student organizations posters, floor tiles were cracked, loose or missing. My heart broke when I remembered the respect students showed when I still studied there. I had to drop my daughter again now in August but the only thing that changed was that the grass was cut. Window panels were ready to drop from the frames, manhole covers were open, the place is an occupational health hazard with no maintenance.

The student centre at Bunting Road has a variety of stores from book stores to food outlets, hair salons, etc. that offer all the necessary services required by students that live on- and off-campus.

It has essentials and is well kept and vibrant.

APB is a great UJ campus, its chilled and has low number of students so yeah if youre the type that doesnt like being around many people, APB is the campus for you

Cool place for students to chill

I went there hoping that I would find ABSA atm, had to go to Campus Square

It a small simple university of Johannesburg campus that have few departments. It deal with diploma students.

Interesting with an adventurous feeling where you go up the hill and down the valley.

My experience was one of the best under supervision of Simphiwe.

Best campus of the African city university

My friend resides on campus so I often hear stories about how much fun it is being on campus and sometimes I do try visiting him. The campus ground are admittingly clean(like well done) and the security do their patrols and make sure no ones being bothered. Very safe environment for studies.

A chilled place for students to hang out, interact and relax. There are stores to serve food and beverages and other household essentials at the supermarket. Stores that sell stationery, office and other school related products from notebooks, textbooks, electronic gadgets like calculators to engineering equipment are also available. There is also a store that specifically deals with electronics such as joysticks, computer mice, and other cool gadgets for entertainment.

Provides the best shopping experience regardless of the current refurbishment. Has every store you need while also providing the best restaurants for dates or family outings.

I love this place its so humble yet elegant from the food to the beverages & I recommend their bar

Professional people and a clean environment

Most of the shops there have excellent services whereby employees are kind natured and deliver satisfactory goods at limited time!

It has all the requirements of a student met, book stores a 7eleven and various ATMs along with takeaways and a cool vibe

Theres quite a number of students so you can socialize. The quality of the food and facilities can be upgraded however.

Just chilled environment.... Nice atmosphere as well.... Performances at times as well...

Beautiful scenery

Definition of outdoors!! This campus is a 65% epitome of a park BUT few seats around the park. It is lovely BUT no diverse restaurants for diverse meals.

Im a student of uj and buntin road campus and our students center is very beautiful

Much smaller and manageable campus unlike the bigger Auckland Park Kingsway or APK one

Best food among all the university of Johannesburg campuses.

If you are a sport love, UJ APB Aw Muller Stadium is the place to watch beautiful soccer, cricket, rugby.

Probably the coolest among UJ campus student centers

The place is quiet and the environment is healthy and it an eco-campus
