Unfortunately our experience at this wimpy did not live up to the Wimpy brand standard nor our satisfaction. First the service (kitchen) was extremely slow as we had to wait really long. We ordered a piece of chocolate cake but it smelled like is was stored open in a fridge and had the same taste. Despite the let down the waiter and manager was extremely helpful and the rest of our food was also good.

QUICK stop, QUICK service. This shop has served millions of customers over the past three decades and it can get quite crowded and busy at times. On average though I always had a good experience there. If you dont like queues on your holidays, avoid stopping there at the end of long weekends or school holidays

Good service. I have have always enjoyed it from 2014. However, today I was a victim of crime at the place when thieves forcefully opened my car and stole my laptop when I went into the shop. The manager was highly supportive but could pick up the thieves car registration plate on the CCTV. He immediately reported the case to the police and I was transported to Lenesia Police Station for routine crime management.

A guy helped me with my stuff to the car, thats wonderful experience.

The staff there are very friendly.. The place is neat and lovely. Loved it.

Waited for too long before we could order as there was only one person working. Staff coming in to resume shift were chatting and laughing infront of customers who desperately needed to be served. Others 2 were cleaning the restaurant so the only one working on the till had to be working both infront and at the back. The queque was piled up.Consider having 2 people in front. Consider having a space at the back where customers arent exposed to your staff chatting while their shift hasnt started. It seems rude to stand and wait for service while a service provider is least bothered. Only when I complained then they said its not 6am yet their shift has not started. Also consider employing staff that is dedicated to serving customers.

Disgusting. Food made me sick. Order taker made 3 x mistake with my food. When it eventually came it was wrong anyways...how difficult is it to make the right toasted sandwich? Was still cold inside, cheese not even melted. Just plain disgusted. Appalling services and food

No WiFi offered by waitress. Sat waiting for a few minutes before being tended to, which is unlike Wimpy. Food was good though, and served with the usual speed that Wimpy is famous for.

Regarding the bathrooms - no handsoap.Regarding the food - ordered a toasted chicken mayo with bacon. Got charged R8 for the bacon which consisted or about six tiny pieces about the size of a R1 coin, uncooked and just mixed in with the very mushy chicken. When I complained about it the waiter apologized and agreed it was terrible and that was all that happened. Not impressed at all and would not recommend this Wimpy.

Located along the joburg to durban highway. it is a convinient shop with access to toilets and hot food . the service here is also fast and good.

Service not to good. Dont buy mince bowl totally overpriced for a bowl of hashbrowns and about 2 table spoons of mince... Not enough mince even to cover your toast.. Skip the bowls.
