I was faced with a bad situation on the 30th of May, my mother had excruciating tooth ache. I needed to find a dentist as a matter of urgency and decided to call Weltevreden Medical & Dental centre (As still listed on their website and google).The message sent to the emergency contact number read as follows Good morning. Please kindly assist if possible.I have tried to call but understand that you are closed, my mom has got excruciating pain in here tooth and it also looks like the infection has moved into the gums, also affecting her ear with pain.Please kindly assist or recommend anyone you know of that will be able to assist as soon as possible.Thanking you in advance.Brad Pearce.The response recieved was as follows This is the GP phone. I think you need a dentist? I was absolutely appalled with this response as this was the only number that I could contact them on. I then recieved a phone call on the 11th of June from Rochelle the receptionist stating that the receptionist doesnt see anything wrong with the response given, this shocked me as there was and has been no effort made to assist. The receptionist also advised that Dr Darling had sent the response which shocked me further as Dr Darling has always made the extra effort to assist where possible.I honestly just cannot believe the lack of customer service / ethics of this practice.

Useless and horrible client service. Had to wait a week for an appointment, they did an inspection and said I must come back for the work because theres not enough time. So they made an appointment for 2 week later. I was driving there on the day after leaving work early and 5 mins before I got there they phoned me saying that the assistant did not pitch up they need to move my appointment on another week. Now phoned me again with an excuse I didnt even listen to. Ill go find someone else.

Dr. O Moolman, is amazing and reasonable.

Dr Wian Louw is the best.

What a great experience! I am a first time patient and highly recommend Dr. Louw! He is so gentle and professional. They are on schedule with very friendly staff.

Dr Moolman is the best.She is so gentle.She took my fear for a dentist away.No pain and she gives you updates on progress al the time.I would strongly suggest her for all your dental needs.

I usually HATED visits to the dentists but Dr. Louw is THE best Dentist I have ever been to. Visits with him are without incident and nerve free ( no pun intended) because I know I will come out unscathed. I recommend him to everyone I know. He is Excellent!

Very unhappy! Was told there is nothing wrong with my tooth after being in severe pain for weeks, dr sent home with antibiotics told to wait 2 days for pain to subside, well its been 4 days and I am still in severe pain!!!! I am not on medical aid so cant keep going back when the dr messes up the 1st time!!!

Professional, affordable, one of the few medical centres that I have been to where I didnt have to wait 15min+ after my sceduled appointment.

Cordial and professional service, makes the experience less dreadful. I recommend this place to everyone
