Went for a Covid test and the head nurse - Ms Stewart wasnt wearing a mask and all the other nurses were wearing all their full PPE except her. I asked her why shes not wearing a mask and she said Covid is not airborne and she doesnt need to wear a mask. Shes been doing these tests for a very long time. So disappointing.

Hai shame its clean, some stuff helpfull others funny others rude, the place is great actually and as far as ive seen they very helpful and fast.. buh the sending back home part is pathetic, been comin for a week straight, i understand thy take only 10 for first time booking wch i ddnt know at first, when i made it for first 10 thts when thy started sending me back over and over, either nurse is not here, come tomorrow or we not working today or if u dont like our service ho to so and so clinic blah blah blah... just as i thought i made it for forst 5.. they started counting how many months is so and how many months is so.. and i was made to go home and come back again, those who were last were now first and those that were first had to come next day.. so whats the point of first ten again???

Poor service, they are just dragging their feets, maybe because is friday.

They dont care about patients when u cross the time they tell you that you must come next week when you tell them that I dont have pills they dont care and the waiting time sometimes you wait for 3 hours

I went to the Clinic to today. I told the nurse my problem and I wish to get tested for COVID-19. She didnt bother to ask me what my symptoms are or what the problem may be. She just presumed that I have no acquired symptoms whatsoever and asked me to leave. She showed no remorse at all. I could hear by how she speaks that she had personal issues. That time we waited in the queue, whilst they were busy chatting to each other.Thus shows incompetence and unprofessionalism. Please hire people who are willing to help the community, not fight them.

The worst public clinic I have ever been in... The staff are rude... There was really only one lady that could truly help me but she was not responsible for what I had came to get assistance on. I wish the department of health would visit this play some time soon to see it for themselves. The staff disappear for hours and hours on end. Very very disappointed!!!!!!

Its a terreble clinic ever. The staff disappeare after 13:00 and they started clining the place till 15:40 and Im still waiting in the que outside. And its cold as hell☹️ I wish they did not close 80 Albert clinic 🤨. The service we get at jeepy clinic is terrible 😭😭😭

Horrible service from most of the staff..worst public service ever, very poor service ii feel sorry for people who have no choice but accept the service there, ii tried Malvern clinic and it was way better.

Poor service, the staff really dont care about patients. Its always full and the staff disappear before 13:00.Cleaners start cleaning the place at 13:15.This is ridiculous.
