If you are planning to go to this clinic please dont. I had the most horrible experience at this clinic. I arrived the at 11am, did all the checks and opened the file. When it was my turn to be assisted at 15h15 I was told that it is late, the clinic will be closing at 16h00 so there wont be enough time to do the family planning Implant on my arm. Over and above I was told that Dr masuku was about to go to lunch so I must come back the following day.

The best is that the clinic that is supposed to be testing people for covid 19 is closed to go for tests at another facility.

Rude nurses they dont work just know how to gossip

The security was so rude and arrogant I went there with my man we wanted to consult doctor together she asked me if we were going together as a couple I told her yes she told me that as long as we had one number one if us must go out I told her that can I get another number then she refused to give me the number I had to leave the clinic...,.she is so rude I forgot her name bt shes the one who is on duty today short and fair with mohawk braids shaved head on the side

Absolutely disgusting! Been here since 8am to get my child vaccinated, was told to come back at 11am. Upon arrival, I was told to wait. It is now 2 hours past and none of the kids have been attended too. There are over 10 kids of all ages, most under 2. All the kids are crabby and frustrated. They give us no feedback, we just wait around like we dont matter. There are still pregnant ladies here since 5am. This is disgusting. This clinic never has order or pace. Attitude of the staff stinks. There are over 3 nurses sitting around in a tent on their phones while 2 nurses attend to all the other patients. Ridiculous.

I went to the clinic at exactly 08h00.There’s no order in the clinic. Things have changed to a booking system but I had no idea because the last time I was there was last year. Nobody says anything about how things work and many of us kept on going to whoever looked that they work there to enquire. Guess what, I was told to wait where I was sitting with the number they gave me and the baby road to health chart. Someone will assist us. Nobody comes to help. We just see people come in, get helped and go.People we found there were also seen and left. When we enquired again, the new answer was don’t worry we will help you at 11h00. It’s now way past 11h00 and nothing is done. Like really what does one need to do to get child seen for the immunization schedule in this clinic!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The female staff are the most rude, unfriendly, disgusting people I have ever encountered. Pathetic!!

I would like to give the staff High 5, Ive never experienced bad service.

This Clinic used to be the best place and most efficient to take your babies for injections but lately babies are last priority, One would think since babies are the most valnurable they would be served fast but not at this place , the service standard has dropped drastically sorry to say.... the old staff worked with such passion but not the current ones, they are not even trying could this be because black people do not like to complain?????

No rush to get people assisted. Been sitting from 7:30 am to.13:00 to be assisted

Place is disorganised, nurses are very rude on top of that I dont think i can ever go back that horrific place.

If you want to get helped fast get here early and avoid coming on Mondays

They have no consideration for anything, waited from 05:45 to get to the front of the line at 08:30 to be told I cannot get helped with my child that has been crying since 07:00 and then got told I must come back at 11 so I can wait until they finish have lunch ! Unorganized on so many levels .
