Covid has been frustrating and stressful for everyone, even more for our frontline doctors and staff.I have been coming to Mondeor Medical Centre for around 15 years. General check ups and the odd health concern for myself, my partner and our 4 children.But the past year we have seen the doctors atleast 20 times between us.During Covid we as a family had a few very serious scares, with family members needing oxygen, the admin staff went above and beyond even after hours to send contacts and advice.When some of our family members were admitted and we simply could not get updates and feedback on their condition due to the pressure of the 3rd wave particularly, these doctors made calls on our behalf and made sure we had sufficient information about our loved ones.Yes, there are ques, yes Covid protocols are frustrating...BUT... with everything going on in the world, we are so quick to complain and seldom give thanks when it is necessary.I have and will continue to refer Mondeor Medical Centre to my friends and family.Thank you to ALL of the staff.

I have been coming to Mondeor Medical Practise since I was 6, I am now 25. I can say with the utmost confidence that everything has gone down hill at Mondeor Medical Centre. Their care, their thoroughness, their empathy, heck even the waiting room has old stains on the tiles and gum under the chairs and tables (doesnt instil confidence if you cant even try and be hygienic where the patients are waiting) ....oh and that receptionist is one of the worst people I have encountered in my life. If you want the validation of knowing you have been fully checked properly and that you are receiving the best care and the right meds, DO NOT go here. They see their patients as cash cows and want you in and out. If you ask anything that devil receptionist will become the queen of hostility. Drive a little further to go somewhere decent. It is at the end of the day your health, and you want to be able to sleep well at night knowing it has been cared for properly.

I was so disappointed today when i went to see the doctor, i was turned away by the receptionist saying they are closed. Funny thing is on their door it says they close at 18:00 i got there 30min b4 17:29 to be exact. This centre is where i always go and my family always go to this centre but the way the receptionist treated me today am not happy sick as i am.

Completely disappointed in the level of service Ive received.. Ive veen coming here for over 20 years and today during a pandemic I get forced to sit in a waiting room full of sick people just so i can see a dr.. I live across the road and asked them to call me when its my turn then 15 mins later get a call that its my turn.. Rush here.. To be seated in a waiting room full of sick people (im not even sick.. Yet) for over an hour and a half. Unhelpful and irresponsible. Its time I find new Drs who care about their patients and not just their pockets.

The Doctors and team at Mondeor Medical Centre are the best! Theyre absolutely professional and so supportive!

Poor administration management

I am very disappointed regarding the service received by GP there, besides waiting forever, the male doctor did not even examine my child, just checked the temperature and thats it. only to find out the child had more sores inside her mouth and tonsils which were confirmed by doctor in mulburton hospital having to rush a child there same day few hours later due to high temperature. It is utterly disappointing that a doctor (GP in mondeor) would have no care regarding the patient he sees, felt like we just money going in the account, this after paying R700 for consultation. What a waste of money. even regretted for not demanding my child being checked properly.

I have read the reviews here and I cant believe what I am reading. I have been coming to this medical center for a couple of years now. I have not once experienced any sort of rude behavior or bad service. There are times that I have waited for a bit but that is understandable.This morning I had called in with a quick question. I am stunned with awe as to how well I was helped. It is a complicated situation, but I was helped so greatly. I will always recommend this center.

Great service every single time, all the Drs snd admin ladys are very friendly and professional.

Worst service Ive ever received from a doctor. 1,5 hours waiting and only one person went in. Unless youre planning on dying of old age dont go there.

The front desk staff is extremely rude, I left and went to Ridgeway Medical Center. They were much more helpful.

I’ve been coming here for years, since I was a little child actually. Good medical practice however waiting one and half hours just to see a doctor is annoying.

The staff is not friendly. Weve had to visit another doctor because we could not get help from here and yet they have all our details.

I have been visiting Mondeor Medical Center for 20 years and my current doctor for 8 years. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and I do not swap my doctor for anyone else.
