Absolutely fantastic doctors, Dr Ghirlando was amazing and a pleasure to see. The front staff unfortunately made the experience a nightmare. We arrived with 2 patients in front of us, we asked to see which ever doctor would available next. An hour later and having had multiple patients go in front of us, I decided to leave. After my boyfriend told them he would be back in a second, we returned, only for one of the front staff woman to be rude to us upon returning and continue to do so whilst continuing to wait for an appointment. Had Dr Ghirlando not been such a great doctor, I would never return to a practise with such unprofessional front staff.

Thanks to everyone who actually see what we do for people as a front line worker at Eastcliff medical centre.Some people expect the Drs to drop what they are doing and be attended. People need to learn what the word Emergency mean .Our rooms have always been a first come first served basis.Its just unfortunate that some of the people can call us headless chicken , disgusting . What an insult .Well I am so grateful to all the people who are still happy from the Eastcliff Drs and staff.Please bear with us in this Pandemic , its hard but everyone is trying their best to assist patients.Just by the way this is just a thought from an individual.No third parties involved.

Doctor Boscia is Phenomenal and knows his stuff and works efficiently whilst listening well - he is definitely recommended. However, the front staff unfortunately, make the visit very unpleasant. All running all over the place and on top of one another - not even their busiest time. The one young lady cannot comprehend what I asked and should not be behind a doctors reception desk - it is unprofessional and could cause consequences down the line if she were to not listen properly again for something more serious. She also lets other people jump the queue - your suppose to get people in and out as quick as possible. Not impressed. If I get her again I will go else where.

Dr Ghirlando is amazing. He listens to his patients with interest and always tries to accommodate his patients and their needs

Thr front desk staff are like headless chickens with a useless individual called Maria who is supposed to be in charge. After 42 years with this practice from Khoury to Hyams to Boscia i have removed my files to go elsewhere. Dont go to this practice unkess you enjoy a long wait , verbsl abuse and incompetence ftom thexstaff.

Reading some of these reviews and I am shocked at the nasty one….we are in the middle of a pandemic so it is no wonder that the doctors are very busy. The staff are doing the best they can under the circumstances. It’s very overwhelming to work under such pressure and trying to please everyone at the same time.

Good place to go to for medical attention. Very helpful 👌. Dr Ghirlando is very good

The worst experience ever , Dr Boscia didnt listen to what I was trying to explain to him an did a covid test on me. Telling me I must come see him during the week to sort out what I was there for. He even gave me an antibiotic which I think I didnt need. If working on a Saturday is not something he wants to do then he shouldnt

Very very poor service... my daughter had a fever and I waited for 2 hours before walking out of their offices, when we arrived we were the only people in the waiting room... 2 hours later the place was packed and everyone that arrived after me was seen by a dr. And nobody attended to my daughter... I will forever give you incompetent people a horrible review because my experience was horrible...

The doctors are fabulous and attentive for all your medical needs. I have been a patient with these doctors since I was a young child and now they are my childrens general practitioners too.

Eadtcliff Medical Centre is a busy Dr Room, very friendly and helpful staff though. Dr Ghirlando is an amazing Dr. My family has been associated with him for many years, and still remains the fantastic Dr he has always been.

Dr Boscia is a great doctor. He actually listens. I drive from Boksburg to Alberton to go see him
