It is A beautiful setting, however Covid protocols are not being adhered to. Also there was a 40min waiting time before we could order due to a big order the chef was busy with. Food was ok.

They serve tasty food. Their drinks are always cold and quite affordable. They have friendly & patient waiters, bartender and bouncer. Their hubbly pipes last long, with the help of organic coals that they use. The music is enjoyable. I love that you can request a song youd like them to play. Im definitely coming here more often!

Shout-out to this one of a kind Lebanese joint. They are very accommodating, they have heaters, outdoor area, you can watch sports and are very about the to youth vibes lol. Decently priced menu with good food.

An excellent addition to dining in Melville. Authentic Middle Eastern food with loads of flavour. The ambiance is especially thrilling with the lounge and coffee coals adding to the experience.

The absolute best Hookah place that I have experienced in Joburg. The vibe is always amazing and has since become my home away from home. The owners and staff are helpful and friendly , and you would be hard pressed to find better value for money when it comes to their hookah pipes. If you ever find yourself in the Melville area, this is the place to be.

Horrible service.Spent 30 minutes waiting for a waitor to serve me a drink I paid for. Further more the waitor are rude.The bar tender didnt want to serve us once our drinks were paid for!!! They dont even deserve a star in my opinion. Over crowed too

My friends and I went for the shisha and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The Shisha was too strong and burnt our throats, as we struggled to pull hard to make atleast a bit of smoke come out. The service was very friendly and fast but the shisha can be better.

Staff were very friendly. Seating is nice. Food not so great. The hummus was clearly made with peanut butter and not tahini. Arabic bread should ALWAYS be HOT when served, and we got it lukewarm. So were all of the hot dishes! Nothing came to us hot! Everything was lukewarm. The tabboule was made with regular parsley and not flat-leaved parsley. The falafels tasted like instant packets that you buy from the supermarket and then make at home. Not made from scratch. If you dont know Lebanese food, you might like it here, as my sister and her husband did. I recommend the following dishes: fatoush, zaatar manouch, lebnah manouch. All the hot dishes were not hot so dont even bother! I would have given this place 2 stars if it wasnt for the good service we received.

If youre looking for a place to relax and smoke hookah this is it. They have pipes available with new mouth pieces for every customer so hygiene is first class. The menu is middle eastern as should be expected. Tasty but under spiced. They do offer a host of sauces with the meal so that made up for it. The menu is well rounded has all your proteins. Do not expect to find Mexican and pasta dishes however. A bit pricey. A selection of wines, spirits, beers, ciders, soft drinks, juices, and hot drinks. The vibe is pretty laid back but they play good music (not Lebanese but local and popular music). Layout consist of tables as well as couches so you can have a meal and relax thereafter. It looks deceiving small from outside but has tons of space inside. Not wheelchair accessible. Ideal for groups, couples, families and even business meetings before 16:00. The toilets are clean but they are out back so it feels a bit dodge. The layout is oriental which makes it feel like youre not in Johannesburg. Try it.

Dont come here for a Lebabese experience at best it is an African restaurant with a Lebanese twist. Even the decor is African. They had no lamb. Maybe Tuesday the waiter said. The beef and chicken was very dry. Service is also very slow. No Lebanese or any middle eastern background music. Pub vibe.

Its a chilled comfortable place. Ive watched a few world cup games there. The cocktails are decent. The food is great and its affordable whether youre alone, with a partner or with a group theres something for everyone here. The hookah prices are 70 rand a hookah. Not bad. Its 20 rand cheaper compared to Greenside.

Literally our favourite restaurant in Melville! We buy a takeout at least once a week (great food!) and often pop in for a glass of wine near the fireplaces. Warm, cozy setting with lovely staff and such amazing owners who always pop a few extra flatbreads in our parcel :) I recommend a visit to anyone!

Really good sheesha and even better food. Their prices for the portions are also well worth it. The sheesha comes with a second head free of cost. The staff is always helpful and ready to make your experience better. However, weekends in the area are very frustrating if youre driving since parking is always difficult to find with a long waiting time for exit due to the traffic caused by narrow streets. The crowd at the restaurant may get a bit rowdy as well.

Service was extremely slow. Manager was extremely rude. Shisha was very average, Im used to a better taste since Im not a newbie to the shisha game and dont just smoke it socially; its like the tobacco was over packed so it had a very burny flavour, and they dont even allow you to open it and adjust it to your preference, so youre basically stuck with how they make it. Wont be visiting here again. Customer service leaves much to be desired. A perfect place to visit if youre bored, or if everywhere else is full or closed down.

One of the most reasonable and hooka worthy lounges Ive been to. Their hooka prices are the best and their service is just as great. They have a cosy atmosphere and even put out heaters through the winter. Their pizza menu is a bit limited (for group feasts) but the rest of their menu is really nice and affordable. The drink selection is a variety and tastes great! I will definitely be back again!

The restaurant has a weird taste of interior design, very chaotic set-up. We went there only for shisha. I expect that a Lebanese should know how to prepare good shisha, but here it is totally disappointing. There is absolutely no taste. U could put literally anything inside and it would all taste the same. I smoke and prepare shisha everyday at home so I know very well. Probably there is almost no tobacco inside. The coal they are using is a awful. These round self-igniting coals have a distinct taste which is overtaking any tobacco u put inside, even if it would be from social smoke. I saw the owners using cubic coco coals for themselves. We also got them after requesting but the shisha experience didnt get better. Old and dry tobacco I guess. I would not recommend this place for shisha.The waiters were all friendly and willing to help at any time. So no blame on them.

Been there a few times this winter and found it cosy and inviting, especially lounging by the fireplace with a shisha. Staff are very attentive. The food was average but not disappointing.

Awesome vegetarian dishes served and super quick service. The hooka is also not too bad and very competitively priced compared to any of the other shesha places around. Parking is a bit of a problem but the surrounding places are relatively busy until late Saturday/Sunday night.

Tasty meals at affordable prices, had a meze platter with zaatar and quite well seasoned kebab, juicy chicken and beef cubes. freshly cut radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers is served with the meal along with lifith, olives, fresh arabic bread and other sides. will most definitely come back and happy to recommend it.

Currently at the venue, brought 2 of my friend for the first time and the services we are receiving from the waitress is so poor.Apon arrival had to look for someone to attend to us. finally got a waitress now we wait a whole 30 min for her to give us Wi-Fi. I am a regular here and all this is perculiar to me. Usuall the waiter fills in the password at the tables and today they where taken to the bar. i cant express my disappoint with the service...
