I have been waiting for my pension fund 6 month nothing is happening

They are useless, its as if everyone working there is getting paid to sit around, my husband has been waiting for hes pension fund payout for almost 4 months and every time he calls to find out what is going on they come up with some sort of an excuse they have even started blaming sars its pathetic.
