Quite interesting, but I many new faces it was wonderful here

Attended Busis conciliation hearing here. Felt very unsafe queuing outside to complete their Covid screening & admission procedure. Once inside one is directed to the waiting & registration area before being sent to another waiting area close to the the room where the hearing you are attending is to be held until the appointed commissioner calls you in for the conciliation.

Sourced directions for someone else.

Im here accompanying a friend. The place is clean, lifts work well, security and the man at front desk are very helpful and friendly. The place is well placed in the centre of town. This is what I saw from the entrance till the meeting went on behind closed doors. They have several entrances but very friendly securities at each one.They kept to the times and meetings started at the said times.

Staff are so helpful with filling out forms and advising on steps to take for your labour case. Hearings always run on time in an orderly manner.

Dont take abuse from your employer. They there to help. Fast and efficient.

Arbitration and conciliation. Great institution that protects the rights of the workers.

Employer must not abuse the employees rights, just because they are employer they pay you a salary. NO! They must respect employeeS RIGHTS

Won my case - adjudicator was fair and unbiased.

Not very helpful. But they get the job done eventually.Also they close the doors at 4pm and do ot allow anyone else in after that.

There staff is not good very bad

I really don’t like this place. The reception is too crowded and you wait hours just to state your case. There is no parking nearby and the personnel are not very friendly.
