I have dealt with various Bargaining Councils en CCMA Offices in the past 25 years, but the total lack of performance by the MEIBC in JHB is the worst that I have ever experienced. There is absolutely NO drive to get cases finalised. It is really pathetic and the worst is, NOBODY addresses the problem areas. Nobody is allowed to be so incompetent and still earn a salary.
