Had such a wonderful experience with Pearl & Diamond Design and their amazing staff. They were very quick to help us with our late order and design, and made every effort for us to have it in time. Their personal approach and willingness to understand our personal need, is what definitely sets them apart. My mom absolutely adores her ring! I have recommended P&D Design to several friends and family and will definitely continue to do so in future!

The staff has a true passion for their craft, and strives to make sure you have a fantastic experience with something so deeply personal as a jewellery piece.They made an absolute exquisite piece of jewellery for me - even better than I could have imagined as I didnt have a good idea of what I wanted. They took the utmost care to keep me well informed throughout the process and was extremely fair on pricing.This is a company who conform to the highest of ethical values, even through an exceptionally difficult time following Covid and the impact an extremely depressed economic environment has had on them.

THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!All the positive reviews are definitely fake. My experience was very disappointing. The staff are untrained, slow-working, and do not engage with their customers. *There are no trained professionals in the store.* Here is my experience:1) I called P&D Designs to inquire about pricing for my design. They told me to come into the store for a consultation.2) I went to the store, and it was closed during trading hours, with a note saying back in 10.3) They were not back in 10.4) When the staff finally came back (walking very slowly), I greeted them and they looked at me with a what do you want kind of attitude. Very unwelcoming!5) I asked if they make custom jewelry, and they said yes, then stayed silent. I then asked if I should show then my design, and they again said yes, and went silent again. (This was very awkward. The staff should be welcoming and engaging. The customer should not be the one leading the conversation.)6) I explained my design to them, while they seemed to be hardly paying attention. This is when I could tell that they were definitely not professional jewelers. I was expecting a consultation with a jeweler, where we discuss ideas and create a masterpiece together, as P&D Designs likes to say. Instead, I felt like I was speaking to a brick wall.7) I was given a form to fill out, where I had to draw a sketch of my design using a pen that I was given, even though I had brought my own page of proper pencil sketches and designs.8) The staff member asked me where I wanted my text to be engraved on the jewelry, even though I had already shown them that my design would not contain any text.9) They told me that they would send the design to the workshop, and I would get a quotation within a few days via SMS. (Why SMS, when I had provided them with my email?)This was terrible. I expected to meet with professionals and work with them to create a masterpiece. Instead, I met some untrained, unwelcoming staff who sent my design to the workshop, without me actually speaking to a single jeweler.I will be canceling my order, and I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.Pearl and Diamond Designs in reality is a disgrace compared to what they portray themselves as.

This is the shop for all your jewelry wants and needs. I first contacted them regarding a custom made engagement ring with some very intricate details. They were able to do it flawlessly! They also made a beautiful rose gold necklace for my wife. This too was a custom design and it was, once again, perfect. They are highly skilled, very friendly and very serious about customer satisfaction.

The staff were very helpful without being pushy and I have to say patient! Knowledgeable about products and service. Ohna always responded quickly to queries and kept me well informed. Andre also was quick to respond and informative.Have recommended this business to friends.

What a great place, I asked for a specially designed necklace and boy did they not disappoint. Fantastic, friendly and amazing service. Wonderful modern designs and the most beautiful decorated 😍 shop as well. I highly recommend them.

10 years ago Pearl and Diamond Designs made me a STUNNING wedding ring, we had great service. Every year since we brought my pearl ring to them for cleaning, sometimes changing the pearls and not once did they disappointed.Good costumer care and costumer service

Don’t deal with this store, they are bunch of scammers, we took 2 piece 18ct gold necklace 17.5gram for repair on the broken hook on the 29th of April 2021 and they gave an estimated due date 5th of may 2021, we waited for their contact for collection until today 15th of may 2021 when I called in to ask if our jewelry was ready only for them to tell us they were stolen at their warehouse and we need to contact our insurance, total scammers and now they are saying it’s my responsibility to insure when it was you claimed it was stolen in your custody, criminals

Don’t take your jewelry for repair, they will claim they got robbed and never pay you for your jewelry, bunch of thieves

My husband and son bought a double pearl bracelet to match ring earing and necklace I got from this store a while ago.When they collected it to give as a gift they got it in a plastic packet this making it look so cheap and nasty.My son had to put it in a box himself to present it as a gift.I have been a client of this store for past 10 years. I have been advised by my family to go elsewhere in future where service is more professional.Sad .

This is probably the worst jewelry store I have ever been to. They ruined my ring when it went in for alterations by clamping it too hard. I also had a stone go missing when I received it back, so it took an extra 2 days. They also sized it incorrectly which is what it went in for in the first place. Really horrid.

Took my babies bracelet for engraving, they obviously clamped it when doing it and scratched it so badly it even has indent marks on either side. I am so disappointed they ruined a beautiful piece of sentimental jewellery. Do not use their services for engraving they will ruin your fine jewellery.
