We had an excellent experience at Browns Rosebank. Nazek Benhamda delivered on customer service end-to-end, keeping us in the loop on progress. She is professional and friendly and made the whole experience a delight. I was surprised to receive my rings beautifully packaged and a specially Molly teddy bear! Overall a superb shopping experience!

I am not someone who rate service publicly, however the service received from Merishka recently was outstanding, it is daunting for a guy to walk into a jewellery store but Merishka from the start made me comfortable, her graceful approach and knowledge allowed me to decide easily. I visited the Browns website but was glad I went into the Rosebank store.I did also go to your Hydepark Corner store and Sandton store but Rosebank was the right choice.She was not a typical sales person she made eye contact throughout us conversing and was very professional, I will definitely visit Merishka in Browns Rosebank again for my next purchase.Very happy with this beautiful Browns piece.

Horrible customer experience. Left a ring to be remade. Been a month and it is still not done. Wouldnt want to make a purchase from here again. I have to keep calling for an update and the store doesnt know whats going on in the workshop.

That skinny security guard that you guys hired should learn manners, an absolutely rude person today I was quiet tomorrow I might not be. If you keeping expensive jewellery atleast stop picking people off the road as security!

I bought 2 diamond wedding bands in Platinum Gold 2years ago. This was my first piece of jewellery from Browns and I was very excited. I was on holiday in December 2018 and when i glanced at my ring, i noticed a stone was missing. When I returned to SA i went into the store and was told that they need to replace the missing diamond and I would be charged for it. I believe this was poor workmanship from Browns. However my ring was not released to me until I paid for it . I will not recommend anybody to Browns, and I will certainly not purchase from them again.

I got my engagement ring , wore it for about a year and a half and the main diamond fell off.Obviously no refund. It was my mistake. And the replacement of the diamond costs more than we bought the whole ring for originally.And of my pand diamonds also fell off and I got it this year. Poor workmanship and a money making place.

I bought a diamand ring white gold from there one year ago, the color has changed from white to yellow and gold or even silver should remain the same!! so disappointed it was a robbery what can i do now? am not even sure if it’s diamand as well i don’t wanna check coz am scared i ll find out it’s not!
