Samantha Humphries has been a delight to work with.All it took was two meetings - one to choose a diamond and one to discuss the design of my ring. Sam was very patient with me and gave me invaluable advice on the different types of diamonds and the pros and cons of each stone given the design I had in mind.The ring looks absolutely stunning and truly captures what I wanted! After reaching out to several jewellers to get a quote on a specific design, Poggenpoel were the most well priced.I decided to visit the Rosebank branch to discuss my custom design.I was very happy with the service and personal attention I received. Yolande was superb! She was able to assist in procuring stones that were within my budget and still met my specific non-negotiable criterias. I must say they designed the ring exactly as I wanted (based off a picture) and I am super happy with the final product.If you are looking to make jewellery within a budget (even if its low!), I would recommend them. Good craftsmanship and I have recommended them to several other friends!

Had a wonderful experience going through the process of having an engagement ring carefully crafted. The results of which were absolutely wonderful.

Help from mirna bacon was absolutely perfect. Quick responses. Quality prodycts and service from the rosebank and PTA branches.

This is not a jeweller with a show case or store front. The Rosebank office is a mere consulting studio with a designer in house to assist with unique designs. All the manufacturing is done in Pretoria at the head office. Consultants are friendly and service is good, nothing special though. If you are looking for that unique, intimate and personal jewellery buying experience then this is definitely not the place, as the consulting rooms are cold, with no design elements, literally a desk, chairs and lamp and the sales consultants have the same run of the mill sales pitch. That being said and as I mentioned at the start, this is not a store that showcases their jewellery, they are a design and manufacturing company, and the quality of workmanship is outstanding!

Dont know why but been trying to get help with a quote as designs are beautiful , but Samantha Humphries who is one the consultants sounded so disinterested over the phone and still hasnt replied to email.
