I enjoyed the service from the waiter, friendly and exciting. They really do well for their indoor austhetics: green leaves on the wall, open room, brightly lit spaces, clean, nature and outdoor feel yet classic furniture feel. They could improve on two items: The free bread was cold and under standard. The menu could use hard paper and lamination, instead of the plain paper which could easily be damaged from liquid spillage. Great place for pictures, tasty food. They only have non-alcoholic drinks. They have indoor and outdoor sitting, great looking place hands down.

The style of the restaurant is modern and it is a nice place to take a few friends, or have a birthday. The restaurant is Halal. The food was not excellent but it was good. Unfortunately there was a waiter who didnt have their mask on for a while but it was sorted out. Other than that the service was good.

Service and food are both really good. Decor also modern and tasteful. Pricing is a bit on the high end but otherwise a nice place.

Took my son and niece out post covid for a treat. Was hugely disappointed. It was lunch time on a public holiday and only 3 waiters were visible on the floor of a very busy restaurant. We ordered a prawn 🍤 pizza 🍕 at R330 for the XXL and spaghetti bolognaise. There was on average 1 small prawn per slice… overcooked, dry and rubbery. Extremely unappetising and disappointing as we were so excited to have a post covid treat out. The spaghetti bolognaise arrived cold as can be and was obvious it was made prior to the pizza being ready and standing aside. Our waiter was too busy to come back to us once he gave us our meals and we had to constantly wave down staff to help heat the spaghetti 🍝 as well as request beverages. Very disappointed but still really hope this establishment improves on its service and food. It’s a beautiful restaurant and would love to see it succeed. But please - give people the service they deserve and good quality food that they’re paying for.

Food was fresh and tasty. Great Family environment. We had the calamari starter and for mains Queen prawns. Would have preferred the meal a bit more spicy but was good overall.

Nice environment,Food was delicious and large portions. Food was hot on arrival and nicely decorated.My drink was too full and on arrival spilled on the table! But not a big deal.We tasted Pisa pizza, Pasta and a sandwich. All great. Sandwich bread was very good.Clean toilet and great that it had automatic soap.

The decor is very nice with the greenry and vastness of space.Perhaps it was a bit much. The pricing on the milkshake is out of line - R60 for a pretty normal drink.The coffee isnt very nice either.The XXL pizza is bigger than you think.I like that it is fully halaal and the tomato base is pretty yummy.

Dont be fooled as the restaurant appears a little empty, sadly this is the state of most places due to the pandemic. Fantastic Italian fair and very authentic. Pasta was freshly made, smooth and silky, best I have had in a long time. Very reasonably priced. Service was very attentive and friendly. I will be back for sure!

The location is excellent with a lovely ambiance. The waiters are extremely friendly and we received excellent service. Food was great!

I love the layout and decor at this restaurant, so pretty and has such a ‘clean’ feel.Note this is a halaal restaurant so no alcohol.There’s a range of non alcoholic cocktails which are a bit sweet.The food is of a high quality. I’ve tried the chicken Alfredo and chicken lasagna - both very tasty. Also tried the gambeni (think that’s the name - it’s the prawn pasta in a tomato based sauce) - this dish was pretty average in taste. Presentation of food also average. For dessert we tried tiramisu- not typically a fan of this dessert but this one had a good taste, Service is good.One suggestion for take aways, better take away containers are needed, as the pasta sauce drips really easily out of the ones you use.

Seems as though the restaurant has recently opened and are not yet fully operational. Atmosphere modern but somewhat cold and not inviting. No alcohol available, perhaps they are waiting for their liquor license. We ordered mock-tails and had to endure horrible noise whilst they were blending the drinks in the bar area - this will have to change. This is most irritating. Sitting inside at a tables on one of the 2 seater couches we found the couch too low to make eating at the table comfortable. Two of us ordered a chicken & mushroom tagliatelle dish that were most bland. A very disappointing experience. Let’s hope they will attend to all the above asap. Must say our waitress were friendly and attentive.

Margherita pizza and fillet steak was awesome.

The decor and layout is lovely. However, on a few occasions the welcoming staff at the door and the waiters were very rude and unprofessional. I was there a week ago and i got rushed service and my food took about an hour to come. Bigger families arrived after us and were served before us.

This place is very meh.We were the only ones there, presumably because they are Halal and dont serve alcohol.But maybe the true reason for the deserted graveyard vibe lies in what they do serve.The chicken in my salad was so hard and dry that it pierced my gums and injured the inside of my mouth. The tuna sandwich was nothing to write home about either.The aircon was on full blast at first, and when we asked them to turn it down, they switched it off all together, making it very uncomfortable to sit in the sun.I wonder how long this place will survive without customers, good food or service.

The best pizza Ive had this year! And they 100% halaal. The base, stretchy tasty cheese and the pomodoro tomato make for a spectacular pizza. The topings were also well seasoned and sensible in portion to let just enough of the taste through. Next week. Ill be trying the pasta and baked dishes.

Lovely, peaceful setting. Waiters were a pleasure and the 24 slice pizza we ordered was a tad ambitious on our part but enjoyable nevertheless!

The pizza and pasta were really nice, the calamari was.... Well lets just say the calamari was a different story. I spent so much time chewing it I grew a six pack on my jawline. The Mojito was nice but was 65% crushed iced. An extra star because as we were leaving I heard some aunty pronounce the name as Norrnas/NawwNaas and it made me chuckle

Very professional and amazing service

The pizza and salad were good as was the pasta al fredo. The fillet steak was chewy....not particularly enjoyed.

Great food, god vibe, waiters can be trained a little more but other than that, this is a great place to satisfy any italian food cravings.

The food was alright, the staff was friendly but the restaurant was not cleanly about their service. First we had to send a glass back because it was dirty, and then when the food came there was a long piece of hair cooked into the batter of my husbands meal. The metal plate that my seafood pasta came on was still wet, like it wasnt wiped dry after being washed, and it was still dirty - one wipe from a clean napkin revealed black rust on the handles and dirt from what seemed to be a previous meal. What a disappointing experience to what should have been a pleasant family sunday lunch. We ended up canceling our meals. Wont be going back there again.

Our first outing during this pandemic! Thought after 120 days of being cooped up at home, we would try our luck eating out. The restaurant was almost empty, thou the staff were very vigilant about taking the necessary precautions.Our food was delicious and did not disappoint 👍 The server was very sweet and prompt.Recommended for halal requirements.

The food was over priced as well as the drinks! Very disappointed in their milkshakes! It definitely wasnt worth the price.

I didnt have the best Nonnas experience, as compared to the Sandton branch.Lovely decor, an open and spacious layout in keeping with COVID protocols. Our seafood pasta dish had to be sent back twice a, the pizza was good and the service was adequate.

A lovely venue. Food was just mediocre...Visited on the 12th....absolutely NO social distancing knowing that covid 19 numbers are rapidly increasing. The restaurant was FULL.Also...the tomato based sauce....seems to be used in all the tomato dishes. We had the brinjal starter and some pasta dishes....they tasted the same!I also recommended the kingklip to our guests having had it before.But what a disappointment!Another guest that was at the restaurant that night that we knew....paid for FOUR desserts when he heard it was a birthday. And he left. Only 3 were served to our table. We found out the next day that it was supposed to have been four.Tiramisu was good. We have tasted it previously as well.If you are planning to visit ....check first how busy the place it. If this wasnt a pre planned treat from my fam...I would have left.....***for those wondering why we didnt just sit outside.......there was a thunderstorm.So the outside covered area was dripping water terribly.

The menu does not state if they offer gluten free options, so you ask and they say they do. When I ordered my food the kitchen forgot and made it with gluten pasta. So they took it back and remade it gluten free. By the time my food arrived all the other guests at the table had finished their food and wanted to eat dessert or pay up and leave for the evening. So I ate awkwardly and in a hurry. I was cold the entire time I was here. Inside is freezing.
