Everytime I call them about a case they asked me to email the required documents they keep sending me to different consultants that act comfused I’ve use R500 airtime on these people no one is taking my case serious and iam a paying client

Please they never get back to me. I have sent so many complaints to customer care all I get is a message to say they are busy following up. Over and over again. I lost my job as they took their time since July last year. Please this is no joke anymore. Contact customer service and find out how many times I have requested assistance. I pay my dues every month as a Platinum member. Claim approved then cancelled. Please this is just a tip off the iceberg I have been treated like trash. Please they dont change or help me they had seven weeks and that is including days before I signed a document and after to overturn the document and could not help where 4 colleagues got theirs overturned in 30 days the time frame the Company gave us, Legalwise with promises and all cost me my job. Now wont even advise me on my debt. My car that I worked a lifetime for and main purpose to stay working my Debt. The guilt and my dignity is so painful. Please is this LegalWise.

On legal matters, they are one of the best around. As for service, Id advise that you dont expect any preferential treatment even if you been working with them for a while.

The worse service ever, i am a member for 3 years and now that i have an incident (accident) nobody can just seem to assist me they requested information which i provide but that was the last i ever heard from them and anybody from legalwise in the 3 months since i logged my incident . all keep calling them and all i hear is Ofenste will call me which never happens.I would NEVER recommend anybody signing up with them seriously POOR SERVICES
