They are very very helpful, especially Grant in Service, he helped me tons with my infiniti q50, great help and got the issues sorted out as soon as possible. Great stuff I highly reccomend them, DO NOT GO TO NISSAN Hatfield

Today is 28 January 2019:Overall, Infiniti South Africa has been a total failure. The Melrose dealership beats that.First the Service Advisor comes to work reeking of alcohol. Twice Ive witnessed this.Second, I asked the said Service Advisor to stamp my replacement Service Book for me. He did not. (This was in the 2nd week of December 2018. See also the two points below related to this in terms of timeframes).Third, I called the Service Manager to register my complaints and he told me he was going to return back to me. He did not. That was a month ago.Fourth, linked to the second point above, Id taken vehicle there because it was making squeaky sounds when brakes were applied. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Less than a month later, the brake light is on and the squeaky sounds are worse.Last, today I call to make a booking Im told they have a 2-month backlog for Infiniti, the 1st available slot is in March 2019! But for Nissan I can have the car serviced in less than 72 hours! I asked why the discrepancy. No answer. But I was referred to the useless Service Manager. I just hung up!Nissan South Africa has failed me. Badly. Im not driving a Nissan car ever again. Forget Ghosn. Things are worse here at home!
