Absolutely beautiful space for overnight situations or an actual lil vacation away from it all.Super affordable rooms with toilets and showers well maintained.The swimming pool area has to reclining couches and the greenery of the place makes it so nice and cool.Beautiful photo background opportunities. The staff is nice and friendly and absolutely helpful.The decor is absolutely stunning. I would go back.

A very nice place for taking out family

Its a very cool, clean and safe place for travellers or even local people who want to spend some time out of their home. Well managed and even offers free wi-fi, gym swimming pool and nice sitting areas. The rooms are clean, well kept and affordable. Will recommend it to anyone.

This place is really amazing . The bathrooms are clean, the rooms are clean , the linen is clean and the staff is very friendly . The vibe is nice , its a great place to come and write if you are a songwriter or just a writer

When we got to Africas Zoo lodge we were so happy. We as the grade 6s of Holy Rosary School Malamulele hardly slept because of the fun times we had there. We slept in the first three bedrooms where there were the meerkats, zebras and buffaloes. The swimming pool was fab not to mention the food. It was more than tasty. The accommodation, the welcoming arms and the facility. When it was time to leave people didnt wanna leave because they had to let go off their home away from home. That was the saddest part. To the owners of A.Z.L.B Id like to say thanks for the fab accommodation you showed to us and to everyone who also wants a nice lodge you can always count on A.Z.L.B in Jan Smuts Avenue

When even the smallest thing is taken care of, thats how good the service delivery is!!1 Not to mention the hidden Gem factor, lots of greenary,pool and bar area, swimming pool, gym, close to shopping malls, hygien factor is also on point every thing is clean and its very peacful and quiet, you may make a noise and have a goodtime

What a great facility! I could hardly believe I was in a backpackers. Staff are super friendly and the meals are world class. Definately recommend this place

The dorm room was ok. Some of the general utilities like utensils and towel could have been cleaner. But with all things considered, good value for money plus helpful staff.

Women alone parked outside unsafe. Called the owner Tim who dropped the phone in my ear. Francois who was drunk on arrival and phone is off. Had to sleep in my car alone outside. My luggage is inside!!! Pathetic!!!Disgusted!!!

What a wonderful forest oasis in Rosebank. Theres a lot of love and creativity going into this place; attention to detail. It is clean, neat and tidy and has a lot of plants and trees making it colorful and irie. And I must mention the nice pool / bar / braai/ dining area. The hosts and staff; Al danto, Jonathan, Mischa and Greg are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to help you. It has a pleasant atmosphere. Be careful scratching the parrot Lucky Boys head and give some love to friendly Whytie; the 3 legged black cat. I highly recommend this lodge / backpackers. ***** ;)
