Cool place. Could do better with repainting on the outsides but inside rather cool. Well maintained & cleaned daily. Looks and the experience is better than the outside view.

Very clean friendly staff

First of all, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THE PLACE LOOKS HORRIBLE!!! The kitchen is dirty and the blankets are not clean. Secondly, the showers are leaking and the doors are falling. Thirdly the service is very poor and they expected us to follow the rules and they did not even read them out! They have a stinking attitude and they are very rude! I am not happy with the place because of how it was. They did not even want us to chill by the pool! We were not allowed to chill in certain places. Lastly I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place

We stayed for about 3 night extra because they have this awesome discount that gets higher the longer you stay! The place itself was super relaxed and made us feel like we were at home. Would recommend to friends.

Good and decent for the price. House keeping and Admin system can definitely get better. Dusts on the blinds triggered allergies when its windy. If staff does get to read this I hope they sort that out. I like that its gated and secured and location is strategically close to malls and places of interest around.

I have universal convertor but no UK, us, 220v nothing to use it when I need to charge my phone I have to go reception to charge my phone, and when you in the this property you have to ring the bell all the time to open the door after 10pm you have to call.No towels....

The hostel is very dirty the blankets are dirty as well the Wi-Fi connection is bad you must go to certain area to connect the water is always cold for showering the place is bad

Awful...the place is a dump and should be shut down. I booked and paid for two nights only slept one and they didnt refund me the second nights stay. On top of that the gate was broken and we couldnt get out.dont go here ever!!!!!! Even this one star is too generous

WITH THE PLACE BEING IN ROSEBANK I EXPECTED GREAT SERVICEI MUST SAY AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ON THE PLACE I BOOKED A DOME ROOMTHE BED WAS COLD AND KEPT ON SEPARATING DURING THE NIGHT ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS NOT A BED BUT CUSHIONS UNDERNEATH THECURTAINS WERE DIRTY AN UNIRONED WORSE IF I TURNED THE LIGHTS ON AT NIGHT THE OTHER PERSON COULD SEE EVERYTHING IN MY ROOMGOING TO THE BATHROOM FOR A SHOWER WAS WORSE THE BIN WAS NOT EMPTIED AND UNTIDY WHEN I CLOSED THE SEAT SO I COULD PUT MY TOWEL ON TOP I SOW SOME PUBIC HAIR ON TOP AM SORRY BUT I COULDNT RECOMENED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A HOMELESS SHELTERNO WIFI AS ADVERTISED AND THERE ARE NO SIGNALS IN THE ROOM

Terrible customer service. They lied about being open 24 hours:I couldnt get in after midnight. I waited outside for what seemed like forever, which was scary. By the way, I had already paid for accommodation. The lady who finally answered the phone was very rude.

For business person and backpacker alike, they have a dorm or a private room available for you, with the most helpfull and friendly staff ready to help. Really felt like home..was living here almost a month.

You drive past and you dont actually notice that behind the white walls is a mini jungle. Once inside I felt like I was on a tropical island. They seriously cater for every kind of traveler. Business executive to backpackers from Europe. What I love is that they are eco friendly and no matter what time day or night you will have hot water. Free wifi, a clean pool you would want to swim in. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. They do have discounted rates depending on the length of your visit, just ask! A bolt (taxify) to or from Rosebank mall will cost you no more that R30 or if you choose to walk it should take 15min. The linen were clean. 5 star hotel clean! Staff are not noisy at all and your safety and comfortability is top priority. You will not regret staying here.

I say it was a normal stay despite the difference in language but I noticed some lack of ethics on the part of some employees, this because some do not greet and when asked something respond as if they were dispatching people. They are minimal details but are worth a lot to people. Many thanks for the rest it was quiet.

Veteran Backpakers falls into ruin, tiny dorms and single rooms to r450. Still, its full of rats as big as cats, and leaks when it rains and finally cold rooms besides the clodos who stay in the dorms without paying and on the lookout for you short steal to stay a maximum night.

Good place, it has a mall nearby. We walked through the streets around and found it safe

Terrible location if you are traveling alone.
