Excellent help to patients. World class

Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The queues were very long sadly. Tests were quick and efficient though it took a while to get to the technicians and nurses doing tests. Doctor doing diagnoses was kind, respectful and thorough. She listened to me. There was only was a doctor who gave the impression she was in a rush and I was wasting her time. She was under pressure, I suppose ( she was doing triage) but her bedside manner stank. But then, I needed her expertise, not her bedside manner. If its your first time at public health hospital, dont forget to bring your ID, proof of income or lack thereof, and referral letter from you GP or from your local clinic. You need that to register for service.

Efficient and dedicated staffs. Well equipped hospital. The devotion and commitment of the workers are quite commendable.

First class medical attention but lengthy process. Admin prior to admittance is slow and you may have to wait for ages but once they get to you you can be assured of excellent medical attention

Very slow moving emergency staff. Most of them are are lazy and wont give you attention until you start hurling in pain.

For a hospital, very dirty. Friendly staff!

Pathetic.My dad is having his lung halfway under fluad and is waiting since 11 to see a doctor. Every one around him has been seen. Even another lady sitting in a wheelchair since 6 this morning not been seen by a doctor.Just terrible
