Hi..My name is Nonkululek Hlongwane..i was admitted in maternity ward on the 04-10-2020 around 02:30am..I would like to thank all the 164 ladies for assisting me through my pregnancy even thou it was slow since it was my first born but yall where so patient with me and gave me so much support more especially the night shift ladies.i would also like to say thank you to the three students Dineo Ledwabas crew for helping me out from the admission room till labour ward 166 not forget the two doctors who worked from Sunday till Monday morning with me and not giving up on me.thank you for taking chance on me by giving me pains so that my center meters can spend up because wow they did and I delivered natural and thank you to the security lady(164) who helped me as well by telling me that I will be ohky I should just breath in and out she is on day shift wow she is the best very supportive and helpful.I would also like to say thank you to two ladies who helped me in labour 166 they are day shift ladies.it wasnt easy to deal with me but yall helped me and told me to push and yall helped me through out till I delivered baby girl my room was filled with loving people 😍 and supportive including labour doctor(female) and the three students and not forgetting 184 ladies as well thank you so much...my stay at Charlotte Maxeke was amazing.the place is very clean as well..thank you so so much..I Gave birth to baby Girl Owethu Jaden Hlongwane on the 05-10-2020 and time 10:05.Thank you once more

Horrible place. I was 5 months pregnant having a miscarriage and I didnt even know I was pregnant, all I saw was excessive bleeding and intense pain. When I first arrived around 8:30 at night, no one assisted me. They gave me a wheelchair and left me there for about 30 minutes in pain. Eventually the nurse assisted me, but she was very rude and impatient she didnt even want to wheel me to the toilets to take a pregnancy test. Then I had to to wait for a whole hour to open a file, in pain. Then a student doctor checked me and told me to go. To gynecology, she had to beg the nurse to wheel me there. The nurses at gynae where brilliant but the foctor who assisted me with taking out the child was very horrible, she kept shouting at me, she had no patience, she was rude and and when she fi isjed, she just left me there. I waited for 40 minutes, not knowing what was going on, then I decided to go back to gynae and even those nurses were shocked that the doctor just left me there without advising me further. Horrible experience.
