I was there 3 weeks ago to cash in a birthday voucher , I was pleasantly surprised , Absolutely Fantastic service, kind hardworking, professional staff. They passionate about their work and the enthusiastic to make the customer feel comfortable and coming back for more treatments, definitely going back.

Health Heaven Medi Spa is one of the pre-eminent spa i have ever been. The place is super clean and virtuous, the staff is very friendly not forgeting to give a round of applause to Ms Patience and Ms Bongiwe for offering such an amazing head, facial, full body and foot massage to me and my boyfriend, it was worth every cent, we didnt manage to arrive on time but we were given the grace period which impressed us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone asking about my experience.

Health Heaven Medi Spa has become addictive to me, their professionalism is on another level. I started going there since last year but trust me, even on Saturday I was there. the place is clean and specious, the staff is friendly, treatment was worth every cent, the time management was excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone who is critical and like nice things.

I went with my friend to this spa. The ladies Nthabiseng & Johanna were great. I fell on my leg 3 years ago, Ive been limping with lot of pains. My leg is much better now. Nthabiseng did her best. I need to go there often. We realized our bodies needed massage to relax. Thank you ladies.

Beautiful tranquil spa

Today I was invited to a paper party treatment as a mates 40th birthday. Upon arrival nobody attended to me. I was left standing in the reception, then I asked someone working there where was the birthday girl. She was outside very upset. She had the exact same feelings. “I feel very unwelcomed” I took it upon myself to go the manager. She was way to occupied on her laptop to attend to me STILL , I had asked her to please assist me as the birthday girl is not happy and ready to leave. The manager was rude told us that the pool guy didn’t come in so there nothing she can do. She also said she was unaware of the birthday and didn’t know she was suppose to set up outside with table cloths. Chairs. Or even water. She didn’t have the decency to apologise to the ladies or even attempt to solve the problem. Her response was “ we can leave “ as we did. A whole birthday ruined. And 12 ladies walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone. The management is disgusting. Rude abs unwelcoming. We spoke amongst ourselves in French and decided to leave. Nobody even showed us where the bathrooms were. Where we can change into our robes. Or offered us water nothing. Very very bad services. Rude management and all in all a bad experience.

I went to Health Haven with my sister and we were looking forward to the experience.but we left very unhappy.Staff were friendly but the service was unprofessional and bad.They had 1 uv lamp, so I had to wait for my sister to get her mani done and then get my pedi. My sisters nails looked awful as it doesnt seem like the technician knew what she was doing.Facials were part of the package but we were not explained as to what the process was going to be and the products that were going to be used on our faces.The massages were the worst, we were not asked what pressure we prefer and the thigh massages felt invasive and it was just rough.The masseuse climbed onto the bed, hovered over me to massage my back. I have been to spas before and have never experienced this.This spa experience was a gift from my boyfriend and I felt really bad and embarrassed to give him negative feedback.

Very friendly staff and accomodating akot. I always do my pamper sessionz here, very affordable and they actually custom made my spa dat with my daughter☺️

My husband and I received a great 2 hours package for full body massage, facial treatment and pedicure , We had very good time, Staff members has very good customer care experienced and knowledge. Booking was so easy through WhatsApp. I will give 10 out 10 to your spa treatment.We will definitely visit again

My son and I went to the spa for massages. I am usually not an easy person to please when it comes to spa treatments. I need my massage to be firm without killing me- it is usually difficult to find a therapist that will get that fine balance right. Mam Zizi from Health Haven gave me the massage of my life! I literally wished that I could take her home with me, she was that awesome. The staff were friendly and the environment very tranquil. I will certainly be back.

It was OK. The massage felt very rehearsed and meh but it was decent. The room however needs work. It was literally 4 Grey walls with a poster about liposuction. No effort in decor. The same loud music playing from reception. It was just very average.

The ladies were very lovely, friendly and welcoming. I had a great session and the pain on my back is feeling much better.

The reception was a disaster. Dont know how I managed to still go ahead to treatment rooms. Made a booking telephonically and was told the fee is R500 per couple. When we get there, the fee is R550. The therapist comes in moments later and tells us the price is actually R599. Like what the??? We get to the treatment rooms and get no welcome and Introduction, no explanation on the procedure of treatment duration. No explanation on what facial we are having, what products will be used etc. The attitude of the staff is appalling. They lack professional etiquette. The massage itself was below average. We felt as though were been offered a favor. The rooms were cold. Heater only switched on after we mentioned we were feeling cold. Worst spa I have been to my entire adult life. Yooh what a day.

Great value for money

It was an awesome first time experience for a colon cleanse. Neo was fantastic she made me feel relaxed and I was calm through the process. We had a lot to talk about which made things easier for me as well. I will recommend anyone for an awesome treatment at Healthaven medi spa 😉

I booked a 2 person 2 hour Spa session for my girlfriend and her sister. So this is not my personal experience but rather their experience.One of the assistants were in the worst of moods and maybe said 3 words during the entire 2 hour session, the same assistant also finished much earlier than the other almost rushing the experience and leaving my girlfriend to wait 20mins for her sister to finish.Both nail treatments were not very good, Im a guy and I could tell it was bad. Bubbles on the top, nails totally skew with one hand flat nails the other rounded tips.In my own opinion now the place felt a bit tacky with bad paint/decor with an overwhelming smell of incense and a fan heater on constantly it felt like you could barely breath inside. They did have an old aircon mounted but were not using it.I would recommend they take the time to talk to their clients, ask them if they have ever had a treatment before and explain to them what will be happening and if they have any questions ect. The lack of explanation coupled with an unresponsive angry assistant leads to confusion about whats going on and a general sense of discomfort in a place that you are supposed to be comfortable and relaxed. Maybe tone it down a bit with the intense and start using the aircon instead of an overpowering fan heater on the floor.Receptionist was really great, knew who I was as I walked in and knew the booking time, extra star just for her otherwise would be a 2/10.

Nice atmosphere but not lots of facilities.

Therapist was bored, could see her in the mirror looking out the window, while she was using one hand during my facial. Then left the room for 15mins to change the water. I could hear her chatting to her colleagues. Very rude and disappointing.
